    I am filing a formal complaint against this business, regarding their failure to complete an insurance-funded project at my property despite being paid in full. Contractors have been working on my house for over 7 months without completing the project. The contractors were paid in full for the work. While no formal contract was initially written, I sent a demand letter outlining terms and requesting their signature within three days. This letter was not signed. I have reached out to the contractors numerous times to address the delays and incomplete work. I have proof in text messages documenting communication and multiple completion dates that were not honored. The contractors have also left trash and debris on my property, further exacerbating the situation.
