Bought a vehicle from them on 1/18/2023 and their policy is that they have to supply the buyer a title within 30 days and they failed to do that. Until now I have yet to get my title. I want to return the car and requestion my full refund for the car as well as shipping. Totaling $25,740Business response

I am rejecting this response because: The rules state that the seller has 30 days to get me my title and Long Beach auto auction neglected to provide me my title. I believe Long Beach auto auction needs to understand their own rules and understand that they are at fault for this matter. I need my moneyback and they can have their car back. Long Beach auto auction has me with a vehicle I cannot do anything with, and they also have my money. I legally cannot sell this car without a title. The car was on its way back and we informed them of that, and the owner refused to accept the vehicle. The car has been sitting at my facility and I have also been paying interest on it to my lender. I need a refund ASAP.

Mr *** ** communicated to the LBAA title department that he would not accept the title if we overnighted it to him. He stated that he would reject it, and send it back. With this information, LBAA has forwarded the title to our legal counsel in order to have the title properly delivered and signed for by Mr *** **. The title is being forwarded to him.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: Their response is a lie. It is over 30 days and they failed to produce me with the title for the vehicle I purchased from them. Until now I have yet to receive the title going on 2 months. They are in default. I will send the car back and I need my money back. My choice is to make the decision on returning the vehicle back and that what I am going to do. I am following their rules per NAAA.
