PURCHASE AUTHORIZED ON 01/31 PP*THE POODLE PALA LONG BEACH MS **************** CARD 3525 02/01/24 $70.40 Begin region Merchant Name PP*The Poodle Palace Merchant Address LONG BEACH, MS, 39560 Transaction Method Card Tapped Category Other Miscellaneous My service dog, *****, was mutilated by this groomer. This was the first time to use them. The complete underneath of my dog was razor burned. And, her private area where she urinates was cut with a dime to nickel sized blood clot. ***** was unevenly shaved as well. I can only imagine how loud my dog yelped when she was cut on her private. Everyone that meets ***** falls absolutely in love with her even if they previously were afraid of dogs. The owner asked me as my son is my witness when they called me and I got home with ***** what I wanted. They knew I'd see what happened afterwards. I'm 100% physically disabled. I saw the top side of ***** when I picked her up. When I got home my son came out to help me inside. But, first ***** urinated and that is when my son said he saw blood at her private area. She still has a clot of blood there that is somehow going to have to be very carefully trimmed off. And, I definitely will Not be letting that place come near my baby. Her tail doesn't match the cut I asked for. Furthermore, I provided them a picture to go by of the professional groom style for *****. It is not in pics below, but available for separate view upon request. This owner admitted she has no experience afterwards nor does her helper. They burned my poor babies skin to bright blood red on her belly. I'm so very disheartened. How could they be so inhumane!?!? I want refund plus reimbursement to have ***** groomed professionally and the blood clot fixed. I am a USAF civilian 100% disabled retirement.
