    I am writing to bring to your attention a deeply disappointing experience I had at this establishment on May 8th. Despite placing an order at 9:06 PM and promptly arriving at the store at 9:17 PM, I was shocked to find the location closed, with the lights off and the doors locked.My attempts to alert staff by knocking and calling were met with no response until nearly 40 minutes later when I received a text message from a personal cell phone of one of the employees ***************************** saying my sandwich had been prepared. By this time, it was already 9:57pm. I had already left Considering the store's closing time is advertised as 10 PM, I was stunned that it would be closed at 9:17 PM. When I then asked for a refund and cancellation due to the inconvenience, I was met with silence.This level of service is entirely unacceptable. I am left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied, especially as my only intent was to enjoy a straightforward meal before heading to work. The lack of professionalism and communication has left a sour taste in my mouth. I have screenshots and pictures All I ask for is a simple resolution - a full refund for my order. A manager to contact me.. something for this. Attached is a picture of the location closed. Screenshot of how many times I called and the text exchange between me and the employee that night.

    On today 8/11/2023 during my lunch break, I placed an order through the subway app totaling $11.22. Once I arrived at the location 2 young women yelled through the locked doors that the location is closed. I tried to tell them that I placed an order online to be picked up at that location and according to the subway app it was ready for pickup. But they continued to yell through the locked doors that the store is closed, making an "X" with their arms. So not only did I not get my food I also did not get my money refunded to me. I tried to call the store to ask for a refund and they did not answer the phone. I tried to find a number that I could call to speak to corporate and every phone number found gave no option to speak with a live person and referred me to a website. I did complete a complaint on line as instructed but I have absolutely no faith at all that I will be contacted or compensated for my time money or inconvenience. I am a repeat customer and I have never been so appalled by the service ( or lack there of) I received today. So after my time was wasted during the attempt to get lunch from this location I not only lost out on the $11.22 I spent I was late back to work and was unable to eat lunch so I spent the day hungry resulting in a terrible headache and nausea. I at the very least would like an apology and my money refunded.
