    They sold me a used truck January 2024. When I picked the truck up (after they were supposed to detai) it had a broken windshield, tire pressure monitor out, and the tailgate scratched up from removing the old dealer logo. The salesperson said they would take care of the issues so I took the truck home. I then checked tire pressure and found the front tires were overinflated by 20psi. I adjusted the pressure and found out the front tires were overinflated to hide issues with the suspension because the truck then started making scraping sounds in shocks/struts. Still they told me yhey would take care of the issues. After following up to no answers for 2 months I am now told the issues are my problem since they did not make enough money off of me to repair the truck. Do not do business with Mac Haik dodge in Madison , MS. The employees do not care about their reputation and obviously they do “tricks”to hide issues with vehicles they sell.

    I bought an Equinox Mac Haik in Madison. MS on 7/22/22022. I purchased a Master Tech Warranty from them costing $4,000. ******** ******, Salesman and ***** ******* Finance Manager. I went back a to ***** 7/27/23 and asked him about my warranty why was it that much. He explained to my that I have a warranty that covers everything dealing with my vehicle. It's a bumper to bumper warranty. I said ok. When I took my SUV in for service because it was shaking, ******* my Service Tech, said you have 2 warranties. I told him no I only have one. It was a Master Tech warranty. He showed me the documents. ******* called both warranty company and found out that no one would cover my vehicle. I went to see ***** about it they told me he was out on medical leave. So they got ***** *********, Finance Manager printed out my documents for *****, because ***** (a Minister) had to leave due he was running late for church service. ***** told ***** ********* the only thing he had to due was to let me sing and print my documents. We both did not know that ***** had illegally want and change all me document to his choice. ***** stated you have a Map EFG. Warranty, I told him no I don't . I have a Master Tech Ultimate Warranty . That you signed "not knowing that ***** had went into my document and changed it". I had wait until ***** come back to work and showed him the documents. He stated "this is not right, You are suppose to have a Master Tech Ultimate Warranty". He took my document to the ****** ******, GM to show him. When he came back. We went to *****'s office. He told him that GM to correct it and shred mines as a paper error. ***** said no I'm not. ***** in the end of our conversation stated "It's not what he (*****) wanted you to have. It's what I wanted you to have. I then called him a crook. I talked with ***** ******* of Consumer Affairs, he "stated that GM and ***** has to change It. I had went to them they ***** to change it back you he has already said no.
