very nice and clean business. but the service is terrible. i took my dog in with severe pain in his lower back and abdomen area. the first thing we were hit with is there is going to be a 525.00 bill for xrays and blood work. i agreed and they took him in the back. about 45 minutes later a lady came in saying they needed to give him a shot to calm his pain. again i agreed. another 120.00. about an hour passed and we ask how he was doing. (he is fine we were told) waiting on bloodwork and x-rays. another 45 minutes to an hour later we ask again. lady said she had no idea about the bloodwork or x rays. she sends in another lady that starts telling us about other things they need to do(more money) no mention of the results as of yet. Never did get to speak to the (VET) nor did we get any diagnosis. i then told them i was not going to keep spending money not knowing what they were going to do to help him. so the held my dog in the back until the receptionist informed them i had paid the bill in full. then we were told to follow up with his regular vet, and they would send the results of everything to the regular vet( WHICH THEY NEVER DID) so i did and within 30 minutes he came out and told us he has a bulging disk in his lower back. gave him a shot and a couple prescriptions. less than a hundred dollars and he is as good as new now. i know my dog was not a registered 1500 dollar dog he was a rescue puppy but to me he was just as important as the rest. i feel as if i was just robbed by this company. they prey on people's' feelings more than there to help. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS
