      Very unfair business practices. I had autopay set up with them and have been making consistent payments until I had my debit card hacked twice. I did not have their number written down (which I know is my own fault) to contact them to update it. They said they called twice in October. I typically don’t answer numbers that I don’t recognize due to how many scam calls have been coming around. Once I get a voicemail I call back who I have to. This business does not leave voicemails apparently. Why wouldn’t you leave a voicemail and give the person a chance to call back? Then they went to court (without my knowledge again) and froze my, my husbands, and my daughters banking accounts. I got all the information from the bank and called them right away to update my card and get my payments back on schedule. I still have to wait 30 days for the bank to respond and hopefully to unfreeze our accounts since my payments will draft again.

      I have called this company several times. Was told by my doctor office to speak with ****** and she was waiting for my call. I called and left messages. ****** has yet to call me back. They are now charging me court cost, saying we file all day every day to the court and it's not our bill to keep up with. They are not professional very rude and don't return phone calls.
