On July 1, 2021 I made a purchase from this dealership from salesman named ********** *****. It was his first day by his own admission. He was pleasant and I was able to get a car with no down payment and was financed through Chase. Fast forward to last week, I receive a call from the dealership demanding that I return the vehicle stating I did not make my first note payment on time and I had signed a statement agreeing that they could repossess the vehicle. I signed no such document. I contacted Chase who stated the dealership submitted a FRAUDULENT STATEMENT saying there was a mechanical recall on the vehicle and purchased it back. FALSE AND FRAUDULENT. Chase informed me that this was a legal matter and to consult with my attorney to which I will be doing. Once you make your purchase, any payment issues are between the financier and financee. I have contacted legal counsel and will be pursuing a civil complaint. Buyers beware. This lot will lie to cover up their employees mistakes.

I have been receiving unsolicited text messages from this business for well over 1 year even though I have repeatedly responded "STOP" to every message. This response is immediately followed up by another offer to trade or buy a vehicle. Complaints to the dealership via phone have been impossible as no -one answers the phones or the numbers are listed as "not available at this time". Messages via Facebook messenger likewise resulted in more unsolicited messages. Many requests to cease harassing me have fallen on deaf ears as these requests are immediately followed up in the usual manner: to either trade my vehicle or to buy a vehicle. As per recent text messages, I supposedly have an excellent payment history for a vehicle I did not buy from them and in fact, paid cash for it from a private seller. The salespeople and general manager are just plain rude and refuse to stop harassing me.

Mr. ******* recently received a communication from us via text on 4/2/2024. He immediately requested we stop contacting him. We recently hired a 3rd party vendor to handle some outbound communications with our customer database. Mr. ******* would have to have inquired at some point with our dealership in it's history to have been contacted in the first place. We did have Mr. ******* marked as a do not contact within our CRM. Unfortunately, the 3rd party vendor's system did not recognize our "DNC" within our system. We have taken corrective action with our vendor and within our system including terminating our contract with this vendor to make sure no other customers are contacted with unwanted communications. We have also deleted Mr. *******'s customer record from our system so he will not receive any further communications from our dealership in any way shape or form. Mr. ******* has reached out to our facebook marketing program that has an AI response system. We are taking actions to make sure he no longer gets communications from there as well. I have notified Mr. ******* of these corrective actions and with our apologies so he understands we take his wishes very seriously. Please contact me with any further inquiry. Thank you.
