    On 7/21/22 I called RW Heating, Air, ************************************************ for prices concerning a hvac system replacement. They agreed to come out with a charge of $140.00 an hour. Initially one installer came to my house around 11a in which he told me "services would be completed by 6:30p" so after he gave me prices he then proceeded to say he would have to go get the parts needed, take a 30 min break and start the process. I was simply wanting the first available hvac replacement due to my air being on its last leg. So moving forward, He starts the uninstall and another tech comes and assists him. Im yet under the impression, my a/c will be working at 6:30. Around 4p, he tells me he wont finish today and he will come back in the morning at 8a. I then unexpectedly got a hotel room for the night. 7/22/22 around 8:15a i call the company to ask about an eta of the technicians. The customer service rep says they were told to assist someone in another area before they come to my home and it will be 10a before they arrive but would be finished in 2 hours. I told her that was unexceptable and the i wanted to file a complaint but with no resolution due to the manager being home for the day and she said call back monday. The workers arrive at 10:30a and then tell my wife they would be finished around ****p. I know problems arrive because im also in business but they didnt leave/finish until 4:47p. On 7/25/22 I called the office and spoke with the manager and she said she wouldnt do anything because they bent over backwards for me. She then says The BBB is on their side and they win all their cases. To me it seems she feels like the BBB is somehow working on her behalf rather than rightful actions. I am simply wanting compensation for my time lost from work because nobody communicated with me the longevity of the install and i think im owed that and for the blatant disrespect from the manager/owner. I failed to remember her name but the customer service agents name was ******.

    I have thought about this for a long time before proceeding to file a review.RW serviced our HVAC in our previous home without any issues when they had an employee named ***** that was very knowledgeable and helpful. So when we began building our new home in 2021 we hired them to install the Hvac system. We have regretted it ever since.****** at RW admitted to making a decision to go ahead with the installation when they knew we needed additional wiring to support the system without discussing it with us the Homeowners. RW then wanted us to pay them **** to fix the problem they 0riginally knew about but didn't tell us. They then voided their warranty with us when the original electrician was trying to discuss with them in order to fix the issue and they then closed the claim blaming it on 3rd party worked on system voiding their warranty when it was the original electrician (still under his warranty to) that RW s workers originally worked with to install system. The office workers and worker also **** lied saying we were rude and threatening them which I dispute totally. i would not like to be treated in this manner and I try not to treat others this way. This has weighed heavily on my mind since March 2022 and i along with others that have dealt with RW DO NOT recommend hiring them for new installations of HVAC systems. This has been my disappointing experience with ****** and **** ( who didn't have courage to talk with us instead he hid behind an email )

    RW Heating, Air, Plumbing, and, Electrical, ***** is very sorry you feel this way after all we went through to help you in your situation. Yes, we did install an **** system for you. Your **** was installed and working with no issues. RW even gave you $2000.00 of FREE DUCT WORK. Your issue was with the Electrician THAT YOU HIRED. Your electrician wired with the wrong gauge wire. RW Heating, Air, Plumbing, and, Electrical, **** even had our Carrier representative out to your home to prove RW did install the **** unit correctly. CARRIER REP vouched that, RW Heating, Air, Plumbing, and, Electrical, ***** installed the unit correctly with the correct heat stripes. Now you want to blame us for it. It all had to do with your electrician. Your electrician even showed up at our office several times because he still did not know the correct gauge of wire. *********************************************, the owner, told YOUR ELECTRICIAN WHAT GUAGE WIRE TO USE. YOUR ELECTRICIAN HAD TO COME BACK OUT TO YOUR HOME TO REDO THE WIRING THAT HE MESSED UP. The more we help the more you want to complain when, it was not even RW Heating, Air, Plumbing, and, Electrical, ****s mistake. You hired an electrician that had no idea what he was doing, Therefore, RW is not responsible for the ELECTRIAN THAT YOU HIRED. You did not hire, RW for the electrical portion. Thank you for doing business with, RW HEATING, AIR, PLUMBING, AND, ELECTRICAL, *****
