    Checked in to Desoto Family Care Clinic @1:08 seen at 2:40 pm.Nurse Practicioner ************************* was rude and had an elevated voice and very condescending the entire visit. Would not allow me to finish a response to her question before interrupting with another one loudly and sarcastically. First question- so what are y'all doing here? In a loud tone. She said she would get more labs, I asked if we could get the labs from the hospital she loudly exclaimed you can refuse but I'm gonna protect my license. I told her to go ahead she went on if you don't want it you don't have to but I'm going to protect my license in a loud voice- repeating herself and I responded go ahead, she went on and said yeah but you're mad- my sister that was with me shared - she said ok...she went right over that with her rant- I shared that I wasn't mad but had waited in the waiting room for more than an hour and if I was going to be treated that I didn't need to be there. She loudly said you can leave now opening the door and throwing us out of the clinic.This was a traumatic experience. Sick people should never be treated this way. I have a right to ask questions.

    Upon my investigation, listening  to our AI HIPAA complaint recording software. This patient was very rude to our provider.  Our provider kept her composure an continued on with her plan of care and patient refused. We as a clinic do not accept patient cursing or yelling at staff. Her behavior is not accepted here. We do not allow our staff to be bullied by patients,  just because we will not jeopardize our license to do unlawful things. We said no to here refund because she was seen but refused our care plan.

    Went to this facility in August of 2023 in search of a PCP, thought I had a pleasant visit until I got a call with some lab results for a test that I didn't take. I went in for a annual blood panel and received a call with STD results. I was told by the lab, that a Pap Smear would have needed to be performed for the test that was ordered, which I didn't do. So I called Shun, manager/owner and he was attempting to sell me on the idea that STD test were apart of the annual screening. Which had never been a part of an annual screening before, and if it was, my insurance carrier would have paid it at 100%, all annuals are covered 100% by my insurance and I've never received a lab bill from an annual screening. **** proceeded to tell me everything, other than this was an error. Instead, he told me he was going to launch an investigation, call his Quest diagnostic agent (They have this statement on a recorded line) to have the charges reversed. Had Quest to freeze the bill in order to give his rep 60 days to reverse the charges. After 60 days, I received a bill, and called **** back about reversing the charges. He then told me he changed his mind after viewing camera footage of me stealing or swapping out the lab and it was my fault. This was so shocking to me that a business would accuse a consumer of this. What would be the reason or motive for this? **** never saw me in person, I'm not sure who or what he witnessed, when asked could I view as well he said no. So to protect my credit rating, I had to pay the false charge to Quest Diagnostics my medical records could have been compromised, thankfully the persons results were negative. I should not have to pay for the error of this company. I want my money back, the charges reversed from my insurance carrier and reversed from Quest Diagnostics. This facility has little to no integrity to treat consumers in this fashion. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and they should not be allowed to be a medical facility.

    ********************* came to our facility to try an deceive us but her deception did not work. She ask for Wellness Visit, but when she got to the back with the provider she only wanted to talk about weight loss. The purpose of asking for a wellness visit is because insurance cover this a 100%. Therefore she would not come out of pocket with no payment to get to the back. Once she found out that the provider would not see her for weight loss, because ********* loss is $200 consultation. She then pretended that she will allow us to do a wellness. Upon reviewing cameras ********************* took her blood sample when the Medical assistant turn her back.
