I contacted CT Home Services (CTHS) to install a new fence at our property. We paid a total of $5,770.00 to CTHS over 2 installments. Included in the cost was a 2 year warranty.Part of the fencing included a double gate across our driveway. Upon installation, it was clear that the gate was not installed correctly, and is now warped and twisting. I have contacted CTHS through several different means since Feb. 17th of 2022 asking for the work to be done correctly. At first I received vague responses regarding when they would come complete the work, with no action. Over the last several months, despite repeated attempts, I have received no response.What was supposed to be a great addition to my home is now an eyesore, and a possible safety issue for my dogs, as I**;m genuinely worried that they might escape or get stuck in the fence gap created by the warping.I recently contacted another fence company to get an estimate to have the work done correctly. Because of the lack of responsiveness of CTHS, I do not trust them to stand by their work and correct this issue, and certainly not in a timely manner.
