This company sold me a lemon. A 2013 Jeep Wrangler from ******. This vehicle was rusted under the vehicle. It was not safe to drive. It broke down on me on the side of the road....almost putting my family in danger. I would never recommend this business.

Every vehicle listed on our website comes with a free Carfax. You would have been able to research and see where the vehicle had come from and we offer it on every vehicle as a courtesy. There is no vehicle exchange program.

The vehicle was purchased in November of last year. Every pre-owned vehicle is sold as-is and everyone has the option to purchase an extended service contract. Wheels don't generally just come off. I'd check with the place that may have touched them if you had them rotated or something.

Hello. I leased a 2015 Chrysler 200 on May *******. One weeks later, I had to put the car in the shop because it would shake bad, at that time I was told I just needed to have my tires balanced. I drove the car the next day and the same thing happened, the shop quoted me over 400$ for rotors, brakes, and tires after they kept it for over 2 days. I did get the front brakes changed. Maybe two weeks after that, my brake line broke and I had to put it in the shop, not covered under warranty, cost me over 200$. Around the first week of June the *** wouldnt switch, almost every light on the dash board came on. I had it towed to the shop, at this time I was quoted over 3000$ of repair work. Luckily warranty covered some, just not the catalytic converter, my part will be 1600. On top of the deductible and diagnostic fee I had to pay to have them check the car. I was told that I could get by but eventually the engine will mess up due to the converter. I did miss last month payment, but I spent it getting the car out the shop. Oh and of course the car still shakes bad. I really would like to get out of this contract all together, and possibly my down payment back. Since the car is basically a LEMON.

Unfortunately contracts can't just be unwound as title work and liens have already been done. Also, when you purchase a pre-owned vehicle in *********** they're all purchased as is. Had I known we could have saved you considerable amounts on the repairs I'm sure. Catalytic converters and go bad at any time and there's no way for us to know they're going to go bad they just happen to do it at any time. If you still need your brakes checked, feel free to give us a call and we will look at them for you.

I am rejecting this response because: the car is still not fixed. Now I am expected to pay for repairs that I cannot afford. I contacted the dealer ship each time the car messed up and was told to use my warranty.

I am rejecting this response because:

I am not interested in having the car HALF fixed. As stated when I first received the car, I need a RELIABLE car. To look at just the brakes defeats the purpose. Unfortunately, I will have to decline.

No one said it would be HALF fixed. Unfortunately if you won't even let me attempt to fix it there's really nothing I can do. Have a good day.

I said we would look at the car and see if we could save you some money. If we are able to repair it for you I can discount the cost of the parts in the labor in order to make it as economical for you as possible.

This place lies to you repeatedly & has poor customomer service. So I got a truck from this bogus place just to pay a car note for a car I can't even drive. 5weeks my truck has been sitting at the shop just so the warranty folks can deny a claim the dealership should've fixed. 2 days after I purchased the vehicle the check engine light came on. Not to mention when I came to pick it up the radio stopped working before I even drove off. Im pretty sure that wasn't the first time it happened cause the mechanic said he knew about the problem. The car didn't get detailed after purchase like any other dealership would do. So I had to drive off the lot with dog hair all over my new vehicle. I call and try to talk to the owner, let them tell it he's never there when I call. So my truck run hot before I can make a first payment. 3days before to be exact... They get it to a shop and say it's the thermostat. Then found out it has warped heads. It's a financed vehicle for *****. Hade ***** mile on it

**************** vehicle was at a different service facility for some time about a repair that was declined by the service contract company.  After talking with them and working it out they agreed to have the vehicle brought here for the repair to be made.  *********** contract company paid the open repair order at that facility and the vehicle was picked up Friday, November 25th, the day after Thanksgiving.  Parts were ordered for his repair and should be in this week.  His vehicle is the next to go into the shop as soon as the one we are repairing is finished.  I only have 1 mechanic on staff and only 1 of the 2 bays we have can be used for a repair like his requires.  He knows its being fixed and he knows it isn't costing him anything.  Not sure why he is complaining about us when we have only had the vehicle for 3 business days and I cant control why it was at the other facility for such a long time.  Long story short, his car is getting fixed and the extended service company is paying for it.

I purchased a vehicle from olive branch auto sales on 10/14/22. 28 days after I drove off the lot my check engine light came on and the heat stopped working. ****** at Olive Branch Auto Sales told me to take my car to the **** dealership for service and the warranty they sold me should cover the issues and that if the claim was denied that she would personally call **** and it get it pushed through. **** called and said the motor had a cracked block and needed to be replaced and that the warranty company denied the claim. I called ****** to report that the claim was denied and she said she'd call me back. She never called back and when I called to check on the progress of the claim she said that their hands were tied and that there was nothing they could do. I asked the service provider at **** if Olive Branch Auto sales had called and the provider did confirm that ****** called but all she did was get information and never tried to do anything to help push the claim through. The service manager at **** told me he knows the owner of Olive Branch Auto Sales and was confident that Olive Branch Auto Sales knew about the problem and had most likely put a band aid on the problem so they could sell it and get it off of their lot. Olive Branch Auto sales refuses to offer any assistance or to do anything help make this right. They sell bad cars and don't care who they hurt in order for them to make a dollar. I'm left with a 5 year note and no vehicle thanks to these clowns.

First, the service director doesn't know me. You are not being honest. Everything after that statement is blatantly false. I can't discuss any conversations you may have had with any of my staff because I wasn't part of the conversation. I don't know exactly what was said but based off of your previous statements how adventure to say they're not true either.

That being said, I don't know how it would easily possible to put a band-aid on a cracked block. That doesn't even compute and doesn't even closely resemble our business practices. As I said on the last post that you made, I don't know why they have declined your claim. I don't work for them and I can't do anything about what they've said. You complaint is with them, not us. We didn't deny anything, they did.

I am rejecting this response because:

This business owner has no accountability. I did not lie in any way shape or form. They clearly didn't do a full Inspection of the vehicle before putting on the market. There's no way they didn't see the coolant in the oil when they changed it. They did just enough to get it off their lot. This owner still hasn't attempted to make this right in any way. He is the blatant liar with no values. This business needs to be discredited.

    Sincerely,

    *************************

The vehicle was purchased on 8/11 at a local auction.  All vehicles go the a post sale inspection by the service department at that auction.  It was on our lot for 63 days until you had purchased it.  We service the vehicle, inspect, change oil, etc. before we sell them.  If the block was cracked, it would be impossible for you to then drive it and put over **** miles on it before the check engine light came on.  *********** contract company stated they denied the claim because it was not an internally lubricated part that caused the failure.  That means it cant be a cracked block because that part is obviously lubricated.  I cannot force them to approve the claim.

I am rejecting this response because their negligence has put me in $20,000 worth of debt. I have no vehicle and cant finance another one nor afford to purchase one out right. I have a family that depends on me to provide for them and this situation has threatened our lively hood. I dont know how this man sleeps at night knowing that people lives are being severely impacted in a negative way because of the negligence of him and his staff. If he had a conscience he would offer to do something to help. Hes done nothing but deflect.

I purchased a 2015 GMC Yukon 10-1-22, while driving it back home to Ky we noticed a popping noise coming from the steering wheel when turning. Turns out this is a common problem with these vehicles and could cause a safety concern. A lady that works at the car lot told us she had driven the vehicle to ***** to a concert, surely she had heard the same popping noise we did and should have notified the business owner, ***********************. When I spoke with **************** about this issue he said it was inspected before being put up for sale but its hard for me to believe this wasnt noticed during the inspection. This is going to be a costly repair and I feel like **************** should stand behind his vehicles and either take care of the repair or reimburse me when repairs are made.

    Business response

    10/04/2022

Mr. and ******************* purchased a vehicle "AS-IS".  You can see from the attached "we owe" that nothing was promised and nothing was owed and the acknowledgement that the purchase was as-is has also been attached.  Had any problems been discussed about possible issues with the vehicle that I would repair before the purchase, I would be happy to do so and they would be in writing.  As you can see, they clearly are not.  I don't owe ****************** any repairs and he did not ask me to make any in order to complete the purchase.

    Complaint: 18165345

I am rejecting this response because:
If it was a mechanical issue that came about after I left the lot with the as is vehicle then I would understand but this is an issue that should have been discovered during the vehicle inspection and taken care of before it was posted for sale. An employee of the car lot named ************************* said she drove the vehicle to ***** for a concert, she would have known there was an issue with the steering column popping when the steering wheel was turned. My true belief is **************** was well aware of the issue with the vehicle but refused to repair it and now refuses to stand behind the vehicle he sold to us that had a pre-existing major issue. This isnt a matter of a simple mechanical issue its a matter of a potentially dangerous situation with the steering system of this vehicle.
    Sincerely,

    *************************

    Business response

The fact that he rejects my response is not something I will respond to.  ****************** stated he was going to research "lemon laws" and indicated he would contact an attorney the last time we spoke.  I will no longer respond in writing as any correspondence would have to be handled by our attorney.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/01) */ Contact Name and Title: **** ****** Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: ********************@gmail.com The customer purchased a vehicle in July of 2021 with an extended service contract through **** which would take care of the repairs that are covered by the plan. This appears to be a problem with the communication from the store doing the repairs, not with us. I cannot make someone that works for another place call him back. Perhaps he can go to the store that has his truck and ask in person.
