    I was a member of Anytime Fitness for a year. I moved to a state that does not have an Anytimr Fitness location at the end of my year contract. I received a ******** stating that our contract expired. Despite these factors Anytime Fitness attempts to charge my account every single morning. The amount charged changes daily. Sometimes lower and sometimes higher. Today it was $89. My monthly bill was only $40. I would like Anytime Fitness to cease all communication with me and leave me alone. My bank is aware of this and blocks any and all of their transactions. Leave me alone Anytime Fitness. I don't owe you anything.

    Signed up for the 6 week challenge to try and become healthier. Paid all of this money to a company that hires people that literally care nothing about your health, the money you spent, or about keeping their promise. My first appointment was canceled. Second appointment the trainer no call no showed and lied about it. I waited almost 40 minutes for him to show. And things like this went on for weeks. The manager ****** was literally absent the whole time. I said on multiple occasions that I can't reschedule appointments due to my heavy work load so I could never make them up. They didn't care. They wanted me to still try and make them up but couldn't work with my schedule making it impossible. They also wanted me to drive to other locations...like are these people serious?? So almost 6 weeks in I still had 10 sessions left... 3 sessions a week so do the math....at this point I was just done with them. They promised me again to work it out but you can't trust them. I canceled and asked for my money back. They said I couldn't get the refund and now I'm trapped in a yearly gym membership and out $600 for the 6 week challenge that they did not do there part on. A bunch of crooks and liars honestly and the people in the ***************** location are unprofessional and horrible choices to operate a business. At this point the broke the promise of the contract but yet I'm being penalized for it.
