            PURCHASED SOME GUTTERS FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEY WERE EXACTLY THE GUTTERS I HAD ORDERED. ALSO HAD SOME GUTTER HANGERS MADE AND SOME END CAPS FOR THESE GUTTERS. I GOT HOME WITH ALL MY ITEMS AND STARTED CHECKING EVERYTHING AND I NOTICED THAT THE HANGERS AND END CAPS DID NOT FIT MY GUTTERS. I CALLED THE NEXT DAY TO EXPLAIN MY SITUATION AND THE OWNER WAS REAL RUDE AND USED A CURSE WORD WHEN I TOLD HIM ABOUT MY SITUATION. HE DID TELL ME TO BRING THE PARTS BACK AND HE WOULD REFUND MY MONEY WHICH HE FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH BUT WAS VERY RUDE WHILE I WAS THERE RETURNING MY PARTS. IT WAS NO FAULT OF MINE THAT HE WAS NOT COMPETENT ENOUGH TO INSURE THAT THE PARTS WERE CORRECT BEFORE HE HAD ME PICK THEM UP. ANYONE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE AWARE OF THE ATTITUDE OF THE OWNER AND HOW HE TREATS HIS CUSTOMERS.
