    Stealing people money by not sending out bills statement!!! The lady that work head over everyone. She has a nasty attitude, very rude & *******. She also is a number 1 thief before they open up the new building. She would take people money without giving them the receipt & when you realize what she did!! Your water is off !!!!! SHAME ON NICHOLSON WATER COMPANY !!!!

    The customer had a lease signed on ******, moved in and was using water. the account was never opened for service. We locked twice then pulled meter for theft. She came in on 6/4/24 to open. Paid to open an account (RECEIPT #******* FIRST PAYMENT WAS DUE ON 7/14/24, She paid it on 7/26/24 after the late fee and cut off fee was added. Bills are mailed the last working date of each month. Customers are told they are responsible whether they receive the bill or not.
