      Horrible all about making money.
      They don't care about their customers. Half of the time service don't work. You can ask for help and customer service is no help. Been with them over 10 years and they won't even give you a break on buying a new device. When they do have deals its away a catch something rotten in the mix. If there was any other phone service where I live cspire GOODBYE!!!!!

      My ex husband and I have been with ceasefire since they change from cellular South. I went in to see about changing this account into my name and when I walked out the woman had talked me into buying a new phone she said all I had to do was pay for her $50 plan a month instead of the $45 1. Couple weeks later I found out with my disability I qualify for a free phone so I went back in to see if I could do something about this. At this time I found out that I was in a contract for 3 years and I was very upset I never knew this before then. I realized I can't get out of want to put the account in my name because my ex husband is on prepaid and I have been the only 1 for 2 years on this account He explains to me about the contract I have I decided to walk out but I let him know I was very upset about being fooled! I went back in because I forgot to see about getting it into my room after all of being upset the last time in I believe it was January I may not have positive dates but the sequence is right. Now I am no longer on the account to even make any decisions at all I believe it was January I may not have positive dates but the sequence is right. How is that possible when I just got a phone I've got nothing but a run around from this company and now I'm indebted for 3 more years to it and there answer to me was just start all over agrun a credit check and you see about getting your own account but I We'll have no history of how long I have already been with this company... Now I have to have my ex husband come back in to OK everything this is gonna complete hoops and you can guarantee when I get out of this contract I will tell everybody not to go to ceasefire they're too expensive and overrated I know that person my 2nd attempt at ceasefire took my name off of that account How else did I get my phone to begin with good luck people

      I do NOT recommend Cspire. They do not value their customers at all. I have been with them for over 25 years and have 5 devices on my account. Only one phone is under contract. I moved the device under that # to another # on my account and asked to delete the # it was on because I had an excess of phone #s and wanted to keep the other #. Well, Cspire would rather lose a long time customer than accommodate their needs.
      I will NEVER do business with this company again!!!
      I have never been so disgusted with a company as I am with this company. Years of problems and now won’t accommodate long term customers AT ALL! BAD BUSINESS

      I would not trust anyone at the Gulfport store. They just want to make money and would lie to do so. I’m really disappointed in this store. I will pay my contract out but I will not be doing business with them again. Beware!

      We were wireless and fiber customers for 10 years, with no real issues. In Sept 2022, though, after moving out of Mississippi and having to sign on with another wireless carrier, I called C Spire to cancel our accounts and was told I did not have authorization to make changes to the account. My husband called to cancel and was told the same thing, even though the account is in his name. I called back a third time and received verbal confirmation that the account would be closed. Our final bill was auto-paid, and I thought everything was taken care of. There has been no activity on either wireless line in 3+ months, because we no longer have those phones and have changed our phone numbers altogether. However, we received a bill in December for $437, and I called to dispute the charge. After speaking to two customer service representatives, I was told to call their collections line. I called collections and was immediately transferred back to customer service. After speaking to a third customer service representative (now on the phone for over 30 minutes), I was told that the charges would stand because they have no record of my or my husband's request to cancel the account. I asked to speak to someone else who had the authority to cancel the charge and was directed to "*****." Her bottom line was that because the C Spire system did not show any record of our calls in September to cancel the account, that I was lying about it and had to pay regardless. When I countered that it's possible there was a glitch in their system because it makes no sense that we would keep wireless lines open for phones we no longer had, in a state we no longer live, with no personal or professional connections remaining, ***** insisted that their was no mistake in their system and that if I didn't pay the bill, it would go to collections and negatively affect the account holder's credit. This level of deceit and inflexibility is inexcusable, and I would not recommend C Spire to anyone ever.

      The incompetence, dishonesty, and negligence of CSpire in customer service and in resolving customer issues has reached an all time low.
      Verizon and others far surpass CSpire now in service and attention to customers and CSpire has become a option of the uniformed.
      They started as a good company many years ago and I’ve watched them through bad hiring and poor training reduce themselves to a business for customers who aren’t aware of how much better the other providers are.
      Do yourself a favor and research the other companies before choosing CSpire.
      As a 4th Generation native Mississippian I am truly saddened that a Mississippi company has fallen so far.
      This review is the result of CSpire having dropped the ball on many issues over many years regarding my service with them, finally trying to charge me for a phone they lost, that I never received, and then trying it to shift the responsibility for the cost onto me.
      Truly deplorable business practices regarding a military veteran and a loyal customer of many years.
      The loss of a loyal customer base I believe they will suffer they truly deserve.

      I been a customer for 15 years my husband goes in to get a upgrade after he has his phone for 5 years and they want him to pay $250 up front yall made us feel like we didn't matter I talk to 2 people on the phone nothing was done this happened in Greenville Mississippi I have never been so disappointed in this company in my life .*** ***** .p.s I know yall are not going to help do anything but this is not right

      ******** from the headquarters informed me there is no one above her in authority that I could speak to about the reason behind why she tried to sell me another phone instead of offering me the insurance that is $500 cheaper. After the IOS 16 update messed up my phone that I purchased in full 12 months ago. She began to antagonize the workers at the branch I use telling them what they are doing wrong instead of helping me with my issue. I highly doubt you are the manager of the headquarters and if so they need to
