      I purchased a vehicle from the company for 1200 down payment and 580 a month. The car needed repairs within 3 weeks of me purchasing, it was under warranty, so they supposedly fixed it. Got my vehicle back and it messed up again with the same problem within 2 weeks. They gave me a hard time but they ended up supposedly fixing again. Got my car back and it messed up again with the same problem 2 weeks later. I called them and they said they would fix it if its the same problem,,, but now they are telling me to take it to a mechanic shop and get them to fix it. This has put a toll on my life Ive missed work, my daughters games, doctors appointments etc

      We purchased a 2012 ***** cross tour. Paid 2600 cash down payment. Financed ****** dollars. 2000 was for an extended warranty. And gap insurance. (Cant remember what we paid for that ) we test drove car It did ok. 2 days later son noticed it shaking in the front end. Found out two motor mounts were broken. Front brakes were metal on metal. It was beyond the squealing. Tires were dry rotted. Could not see it unless it was up in air. I had to pay out of pocket to fix the motor mounts (147. It was covered under warranty so it paid the rest). 1000 for tires and brake pads/ rotors 351 for a bad strut. And we still dont know what is causing the shaking. I will be taking car to ANOTHER mechanic Wednesday. The company has not contacted me at all. Other than texts from their salesman saying that I signed an AS IS paper. And they arent going to do diddly about it. I also intended to actually be able to DRIVE the car I financed. We have had it since around May 9 and son has not been able to drive it. Also. Putting us on the road in an UNSAFE VEHICLE. What if my son would have had a wreck and injured his self or someone else ?!? What the use is their mechanic on the premises , if they are putting unsafe vehicles on their lot to push onto unsuspecting victims.

      December of 2023 I purchased a vehicle from No Credit Ck. I signed a contract that stated that I had to keep insurance on the vehicle. Unfortunately I lost the insurance so the car was insured (for 10 days). I communicated to the business that I just needed a week to get the car insured. Two days before the day I was going to reinsure the vehicle they repossessed it. Its not stated in the contract that if its not insured it will be repossessed. Also, at this time my car note is paid. So basically they repossessed it just for not having it insured for 10 days.
