This company is a rip off. I have my vehicle for 1 year and 3 months with only a few issues. One day I was at work and they repossessed my car stating that I had not made a payment for May 17, 2024, However, I have a receipt for May 12, 2024 showing that it was paid. I proceed to go to the car lot to present the receipt. The salesman then calls the big boss ***** and asked why my account was showing I was late. ***** proceed to say he doesnt have time for this and hangs up in the salesman face. The sales man explains that he wants to help me understand but the boss isnt helping him to understand. You call they transfer you to voicemail and they do not return calls. As a result I lost my job as well as my place of living. Lets not mention I had all my clothes, personal information for my son and I etc. This is by far the worse company I have ever dealt with. They are very unprofessional and that ***************** is going to get hurt the way he talks to people.Initial Complaint

On 04/29/2024 I purchased a car from NO WORRIES AUTUMOTIVE IN *********** MS.Upon leaving the mirror fell of the windshield the check engine light came on the next day. I called ************** at the car lot to inform him of all of the issues that I was having with the vehicle. He said that he would let his boss know. I made a list of everything and gave to **** when I arrived that morning. He stated that ************** was not there at that time so I perceded to tell him everything that I had discussed with **************. He made a copy of my list of issues along with the paperwork that I received from Autozone concerning the check engine light. and told me and gave a date to bring it in. I asked him if they had a loner car because I need my transportation he said NO, they don't do that. I asked if he would take something off of my car note because now I would have to rent a car he said NO. I had to borrow to get transportation for the two days they had my car. I called two days after I dropped it off they stated that it was ready. I Picked it up, Later that evening the check engine light came back on. When I went to pay my car note I showed new paperwork from autozone concerning the check engine light again it was the catalytic converter.This is my only means of transportation. I had asked **** if I could speak with the owner since he said he could not do anything or would not do anything for me he said that the owner would not speak with me as if my issues would not matter to him. This has been so depressing and has really taken a toll on my mental state. I just want my money back or at the very least provide me with a vehicle that is dependable since I have to pay for it.Now I have to take it back again, I don't know how I'm going to get to work or Doctor's *************Initial Complaint

I signed a lease agreement on 3/13/2023 for a 6x12 cargo trailer for a term of 18 months for the amount of *****. On Jan 23, 2023 the trailer was stolen. I had insurance on this trailer. I had made 10 payments of ****** a month (on time for each and every month). When my property was stolen I file a claim with my insurance company. The trailer was located by a GPS tracking device and along with local police I regained possession of trailer there was extensive damage and a payoff was reported to my insurance adjustor along with an estimate to repair damage. A check was issued to lean holder (No Worries Auto) and myself. I endorsed the check and gave the check to lean holder on 2/12/24. It has been over 1 month and No Worries have not given me the title or my overpayment yet. They have not responded to my emails, calls. I personally went into office and was told many excuses of why they have not issued title and refund, but no resolution. I am seeking my title and over payment.Customer response

I have included Form ****** MS ********** of ************* of ******** to transfer motor vehicle, in which need you to fill out yellow highlighted areas and return to me so that form can be notarized according. I have also included all supporting documents indicating an overpayment of based on said documents. Please note that this transaction is way overdue.

I purchased a car from no worries and some weeks later they came and picked the car up. I didnt even have the car for 30 days and they waited til I paid my car note to come get it and thats fraud! On 04/25/23 I went to no worries auto in Southaven. I paid ******* on a 2016 ****** Sentra. I didn't get the car that day because I was told he wanted to do an oil change on it before I got it. A couple days later I get the car and 3 hours later the car wouldn't go forward only backwards while I'm stopped at a red light. I called no worries they sent a tow truck to pick the car up. I was told that the transmission in the car has went out so I asked for my money back the guy is telling me I can't get my money back. I don't want the car I want my money back and they are giving me a hard time. I don't have any transportation my job is at risk now because I don't have the money or a car. It took some time to save up the money that I had. It is very hard out here and these people are taking from me. I'm so angry because I literally had the car for 3 hours and it just quit on me.Initial Complaint

I put a down payment of ******** for a 2017 kia ***** on March 6, 2023. I paid my ******* note of $282.00 on March 17, 2023. I spoke to, whom Im assuming is the *** on March 20, 2023. He said there was an issue verifying my check stubs. (When I purchased the car I was working at Amazon in *********, **. My last day was March 15, 2023.) Then he processed to ask if they were even my check stubs and I told him they were. I asked if I could come up to the business and call Amazon in front of them so we could verify said employment and he responded with wouldnt be necessary if you dont work there. He also questioned how many times Ive been at my home, which is only weird to me because it shows youve been actively watching me. (I understand theres a tracker in the vehicle, but to my understanding you shouldnt be able to just look at my location whenever you please. I thought it was mainly for repo purposes). I did explain to him after him questioning my where abouts, that my mother watches my children and a lot of time I am at her home. After that conversation, I waited a little bit, but I did recall and spoke to the same person. (I cannot remember if I got a name. If I did i cant recall it.) I called back to ask and verify what I needed to do, ect. I also stated it seemed like he was trying to get me for credit fraud, since he stated I lied on my application, which he only responded with thats not what I said. He told me I needed to send verification of my new job and I told him I hadnt technically gotten it yet. I put in an application thru a vet clinic, I was waiting to here back. That it should be within the week hopefully. That was the end of that conversation. Fast forward to today March 22, 2023, they towed my car in ********, **. I called the company and spoke to a man and stated to him that my car should not be getting towed. He transferred my call and when the 2nd man picked up he said the ** said that he already talked to you and you know why its getting towed. When I asked what I needed to do he responded I cant help you. You need to contact him. So not even 48 hours of speaking with this *** Im stranded in ******** with no vehicle. Im 22 weeks pregnant. They me believe that had been watching my where abouts, so its like they almost planned to have me stranded out somewhere. I dont want the car back, I just want my money back. Im out of *****+ and a vehicle since March 6th. This isnt right.Initial Complaint

11/26/2022 $2380 The Nature of this dispute is this car lot by the name of no worries will not refund my money they took my car because they cannot get verification of my employment so as of today they still have my money and the car and it's not over 30 days I have all my correct documentation I only want my money back and I feel like there business is taking advantage of me
