    On May 31, 2024 we met with ****** the owner of A Window Affair now known as Premier Window Treatments. We paid him a deposit of $3307 for window treatments for our newly constructed home in **********, **. He promised to have our window treatments ready for when we returned the end of June. We reached out to ****** several times while we were in *********** and he never returned our calls. Several days later he called and said he didnt have the products. We told him we would be returning in August. Once again he promised to have the products. We called him on August 9th and told him we would be in *********** on the 15th. He scheduled us for installation on Friday August 16. Friday he was a no show. We called and a lady told us that the installer was sick. We asked for a refund and she refused. Since then, they are ignoring our calls. We have called them daily. We would just like to have our deposit returned to us.
