I am currently dealing with ***. I paid ***** dollars upfront to cover 70% of the total cost for electrical and to install an HV** system along with ductwork work in a home I purchased. I paid this in the beginning of May. It is September 4th and I still have not even seen the ** unit. We have a son who is now 11 months old, in May he was 6 months old. For the last 5 months we have been doing our best to beat the heat and keep him cool with the window units that we have. At the moment I can not get any reply from ***. He will not respond to text messages or calls. Two months ago he told me he would bring my unit to my house and everytime I ask there is some reason for him not bringing the unit I bought. For example, the last time I asked if he is bringing the unit and he said he has furniture on his trailer. At this point I am just trying to get in contact with him just to pick up the unit and heat pump I paid for so I can get someone else to put it in for me. I also have asked for a refund since it has been 4 now 5 months and we still havent even seen an ** unit. He told me he can not give me a refund because he bought the unit 2 months ago and it can not be restocked. However I have yet to see the unit. Its a 2 ton unit and a heat pump which costs about 1/3 of what I paid him. I have really tried to be patient and work with him but it is getting to the point where Im going to take legal action just to get back what is owed to me.
