    9-27-21 purchased a 2 piece trim kit for Wolf range for $175.88 Found same kit for $38 online. I brought original trim kit back to A-1 and asked that they refund. I was told they would need to speak with their Wolf sales representative to issue refund. I was also told they would need to keep the item at their business until they were able to communicate with the Wolf rep. I have called and also visited the business in person multiple times since 10/21 for an update and have been repeatedly told they are still waiting to speak with representative and will keep inventory. It’s notable in the 6 months prior to this 9/21 trim kit purchase, we spent nearly $20K furnishing appliances for a new build for which the trim kit was purchased. It is also notable have been a customer of the business for 10 years prior to that making multiple appliance purchases and repairs through A-1. Nearly 2 years later, I still have not received follow up about the inventory or the refund for the product. The business still has the original trim kit purchased 9/17/21 and our money. At this point, it seems fair the business should refund our money as they have the product.
