Deep South Fence agreed to install a fence and gate for $1864. The fence was installed on April 18 2022, without the gate. I agreed to his suggestion to upgrade to a custom gate at an additional cost, and paid him $1800, the balance to be paid upon installation of the gate. We did not hear from Deep South. On May 2nd I texted him about the gate. On May 16th he said he would call me back but didn’t get back to me until May 23rd. He said he would keep me updated about the delivery time for the gate. On June 16 I texted again about the gate. No response. Also I texted again June 22nd. I did not hear from him until July 9. I agreed to get a standard gate and pay $64 at installation. He promised he would install the gate on July 22, which he did not do. I have tried to contact him several times, but he refuses to respond. I want my gate, or refund the money we paid in advance.
