MILITARY BEWARE!Dont make the same mistake i did, and not heed the reviews, especially if you are military and training at *******!My daughter rented at the *********************, they were so cute and within her price range. After reading all the neg reviews online, I asked why, she told me they were BAD renters. I should have heeded the warnings! I explained to her and the owner we didn't know how long it would be, but at least 6 months.I repeatedly asked for a military clause. ******* said we didn't need one. WRONG! They STOLE my daughter's deposit that was over $900.My daughter email her the day she found out she had orders.no response,until she finally mentioned she was going to have to get legal involved.******* responded "I've sent it to the owners,you're still in the apartment, I don't know why you are threatening legal action".She is extremely unprofessional and shouldn't be the customer service focal point of this or any company! She wouldn't give her confirmation that her lease was stopped, she just wanted her to give the keys to some worker at the complex. ******* finally had the brother of the owner who did maintenance at the complex do the walk thru. This only happened after my daughter insisted that she give the keys to someone in person. My daughter was an excellent tenant, in fact she wasn't even there most of the time. We cleaned that place so that it was spotless AND she was out 4 days before the end of the month. When I asked ******* when she could expect her security deposit back, she told me the owners had 45 days.On the 48th day, my daughter reached out to ******* to see when she would get her deposit back, it's been over 45 days. ******* said she would NOT be receiving her deposit back because she didn't give them a full 30 days! That is untrue.She emailed her on the 2nd of May, there are 31 days in May, hence 30 days.There were so many occasions ******* had to tell my daughter they had no intention of giving her deposit back and didn't.
