This company has horrible customer **********************. They do not show up for work at a job site. They do not show up on site for estimates. They do not return phone calls. Talking to the receptionist is also problematic, as she is useless in regard to relaying any information or getting people to return return phone calls. I would also say that when I complained about these problems yesterday, she also became abusive! My recommendation: Take your business to a place that actually cares about their customers; that's what I'm doing.

In response to she also became abusive, we agree that her stating Sir, please dont speak to me that way could be considered abusive. Unfortunately, as a company that values our employees and require that they are treated with respect, we have elected not to proceed with any business dealings with you after an altercation between you and one of our Customer ********************** Representatives. When we have people call in and attempt to berate, intimidate, and insult a member of our work family, much less with the use of vulgar and offensive language, we simply decline to continue in any type of relationship with that customer. We hope that you are able to find another service provider who may be better suited to your communication tactics.
