    i was wrongfully evicted from ********************* by a maintaince worker of this company who constantly came in my rental with a spare key claiming to be a maintaince worker i came home one day after a doctors appointment to find my belongings all over the lawn of my rental , which i explained to the rental company that i CAME HOME TO THAT and they did not evict me she ( maintaince worker supposedly ) then emailed the rental company with forged power of attorney of me and told them i would no longer need the rental and ive been homeless since this was in 2017 it is now almost ******************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* the email from this supposed maintence worker so i knownfor a fact its true

    We have rented from we rent Billings for over 3 years now and they are very unprofessional in so many ways! *********************** uses her sisters name on everything and signs her sisters name which is ****** wife *****. We told them when we first moved into the trailer that our mud room leaks badly when it rains or snows and they never even came and tried to fix the issue. Our thermostat was broken and **** told us just to tape it back to the wall and it should be fine which it is not we went without heat multiple times over the winter because of it. We lost most of the electricity in the trailer in April of *********************************************************************************************** return decided to kick us out and put my 2 kids out on the street for no reason at all. We have section 8 and the contract states we are supposed to be on a year lease but **** decided to change that in 2020 ans never renewed our lease and claim we're month to month he's raised our rent 375 dollars without giving a written notice of said change in rent he has yet to send anything to section 8 about the change in rent which by law has to let section 8 know 60 days before the change. He's gotten so much money from the government and covid funding for ******** charges that just magically appeared on our rent when we were ahead almost 500 dollars and within 2 weeks he said we owed **** dollars but refused to provide where the charges came from he instead threatened my family saying if we didn't get help from the covid relief fund he would throw us out immediately. He threatened me multiple times over the phone saying my family will never find another place to call home for the rest of our lives. He tried getting myself which I was a week after a major hand reconstructive surgery and my neighbor who is disabled to go into the trailer next to the one we rent *** kick out the drug dealers because he was scared of getting shot WERENTBILLINGS IS THE BIGGEST AND SHITTIEST RENTALAGENCY

    Mostly all untrue. If this was the case with Section 8, we would be in non-compliance with them and not able to do business with them in the future. If these claims of not giving proper notices were true, we would have lost in court and section 8 would have withheld their payments.This tenant is simply mad because on behalf of the owner we exercised our right to issue a 30 day notice. We then extended it over 30 more additional days to allow them time to find a new place. In return, they absolutely destroyed the place. We had to rake the place of the items they left behind, gutted the carpet which was new before they moved in, and repaint everything after wiping what appears to be p*** off the kids bedroom walls.

    I am rejecting this response because:there was not p*** on the walls ?????? I will get a lawyer and open a lawsuit. I have other tenants of we rent Billings that want there side heard but like in ****** and won't be in town long enough. They have trailers that are still in someone's name that died probably before I was born in 92 a tenant of theirs also has the title to one of the trailers he claims to own and collects rent on but we rent doesn't have the title in there name.
