9/8/2023 I made a hotel reservation at Bozeman Inn through my federal employment website at 2:23pm checking in September 14 and checking out September 15, 2023. I called Bozeman Inn to confirm that it was made and I had two queen ***** The lady on the phone confirmed. At 3:03pm I get a voicemail message from Bozeman Inn that my reservation was cancelled, "Hi ******** I am calling from Bozeman Inn, we received your reservation for September 14th, unfortunately due to a prior stay at our property you are on a do not rent list. This reservation will be cancelled without a cancellation penalty and you can re book somewhere else. Thank you, bye"At 3:12pm I called Bozeman Inn and explained I have never stayed at Bozeman Inn in my life. I asked if she could tell me why my name is on the list. She explained she could not give me that information. She said I violated twice. I explained I need to clear up my name. She was treating me as if I was this *********************************** that violated their hotel. I explained there are many *************************** and she is discriminating against me due to my name. I said can I give you my information to verify. She refused and told me to book elsewhere. I told her I don't want to stay there anymore, I just want to clear up my name. She was rude and refused to assist me. I asked how can I resolve this, she said I couldn't. I am on their list and can no longer stay there. I said I can give you my information to verify. She refused. I asked for the manager, she said she was, I asked for her name she refused. I asked for her Supervisors name and number, she refused. I said I will go on the internet to find out. I called back at 3:24pm and spoke to another lady. I asked for the owners name, she asked my name, I said ***********************************. She said his name is *****. I said what is his last name, she said that is all I know. I asked for his number, she refused. I said thats okay, I can do a ****** search. I am requesting BBB's assistance to clear up my name. Thank you!
