SCAM!!! In November 2023, I booked a rental through Dream Montana Properties DMT properties LLC via through Airbnb. I contacted Airbnb and was told that it was a reputable company and they had 4 1/2 star rating. My guest and I arrived at the designated date of June 8 for a 4 PM check in time with a check out date of June 12 for the cost of $1405 for those four nights. Upon attempting to check in to the room, my guest and I discovered that there was already somebody occupying the room and they stated that they had also booked it for the same dates as myself but, through a different company and not DMT. We tried several times to call the host we left several messages and text but, she would not answer the calls. I contacted Airbnb they said they were going to contact the host which is dream MT properties LLC. They were unable to contact anybody, and this forced me and my guest to purchase hotel rooms for the entirety of the stay at considerable extra expense. The extra cost was incurred due to dream MT properties LLC Double booking the room. There was a cost overrun for the hotel of approximately $600 for me and $600 for my guest. We tried several times to contact the host (Dream Montana Properties) but was unsuccessful by phone and by email and txt. This is a complete SCAM and as of the writing she (the Fake host) Dream Montana Properties Is still falsely trying to book the same condo with the same SCAM. They do not own or represent the properties listed on their site. This company is a scam double booking rooms/Condos.
