    My partner booked a two night stay. We called the place on the day of our checkin to let the property know we would arrive at 10:30 pm outside of business hours. The property confirmed we could arrive after business hours and would leave the door open for our arrival. When we got there at 10:30pm, the door of our room was locked (we tried all the rooms just in case) and with no cell service we were left stranded. We managed to go to a nearby hotel with wifi and contacted the property with no success. The property categorically refused to provide a refund for our stay stating we were a no show (despite a video supporting the door was locked, call logs and a new booking 5 mins from the property at another establishment that we luckily managed to book at 11:30pm). I would not recommend this property given their lack of sound business practices.

    The door was left ajar just as we have done multiple times for previous guests who come after our office hours are closed. Out of all the reservations we have had which needed the same exact procedure this person claims they could not get. Even though they were informed the next day at 11:31 the room was available to them they still chose to not check in.

    As a response to the property comment, the reservation was cancelled by the property on the next day at 9:42 am, leaving us with no expectation that we could stay for the second night. In addition, the office of the property was actually closed on the second day per their stated business hours. We still showed up at the property in the morning to confirm and the reception was closed with no one there. With only a two night stay we booked another place to stay so we could enjoy our short stay in Glacier national park. Again this review is not meant to be a public argument and rather meant to highlight the lack of sound business practices so other customers may be aware of issues they may run into if they book with this property. There are surely customers that did not have issues and had a great stay. I wish this could have been our experience but it wasnt. Our reasonable expectation of the business refunding us for a service not delivered was not met and potential customers need to know the posture this business has in case of issues.
