My husband and I have reservations September 8 and 9th to stay at Cowboy's Lodge. Due to the flooding, which is no one can control, we cannot get from Cowboy's Lodge to the north entrance of Yellowstone. I understand we can go in the east or west entrance see *********** and travel outside of the park to get to ********, which is a *********************. I had our plans set up to stay at ****, ** then go in the each entrance, stay at ****************, then back in the park and stay at ******** for 2 nights. Going out one of these entrances to drive to ******** is just not even feasible. My husband is physically handicapped, and the only reason I booked back in ***** was to try and make our traveling something he can handle. Cowboy's Lodge has already charged my credit card $463.00. I would like a full refund so that I can find a place to stay the 2 nights without too many senseless miles. I understand the flooding is not their fault, but is not mine either. I feel sorry for the businesses involved, but feel that they could work with me. This makes me not want to come back to the ******** area, which we have been to several times, and enjoyed our time there.
