Our drain clean out that was ran over by this contractor or one of their employees. They are doing construction in the lot next to our home and it was ran over while they were in the process of back filling the foundation of the building. When we noticed the issue (back on August 19th) we took pictures. We contacted the contractor and initially he tried to deny that they ran it over. But as you can tell by the tire tracks through the mud, it was not just your average vehicle that took this out. We were able to get this guy to agree to fixing the issue. He said Ill have someone out tomorrow or the end of the week. Again, this was back in August!!! We have attempted to contact him several more times, but havent gotten a response. And the issue has yet to be resolved.

I was referred by AAA ************* Cleaning *************) to ****** Johns Excavation, LLC in June 2022 to replace my sewer line. We agreed on a total cost of $2000. He excavated, replaced the sewer line, and refilled the resulting hole between August 19th and August 24th, and told me that he would be back to remove the remaining pile of dirt behind my home. My initial check written to him for $2000 was returned due to a $1500 transaction limit on my personal account, but I met with him on August 25th and provided him with a cashier's check for $2050 (the additional $50 being a tip for the inconvenience). I had asked for an invoice, but was told that he had left it in his truck and would leave it in my mailbox when he returned to remove the pile of dirt - I was told this on August 25th. I have since attempted to contact him twice - once on September 21st and once on October 12th - with no response; I still have not received my invoice, and the dirt pile is still behind my house, which has caused my neighbors to complain. I am only requesting that he either return to complete the job/remove the dirt and provide an invoice as promised, or issue a partial refund so that I may pay another company to remove the dirt. I have attached PDFs with screenshots of our correspondence and an image of the cashier's check issued, as well as a JPG of the progress of the job.
