Company was fantastic to work with great they accommodated my needs for a custom gold Cross . I had one little issue with it when I received I sent back and they immediately corrected the issue. It was fantastic very pleased with their work. They truly do beautiful. Jewelry They did the customizing for me for a rated gold 14 karat gold cross the stick some of my beloved cats, ashes, in again, I could not have been more happy

My daughter bought me a memorial pendant in 2019. I have worn it non-stop since, only taking it off once when I needed to replace the chain. Because of this, the bale eroded due to the chain rubbing it to the point that it wouldn't last much longer until it broke through. I contacted the company mid-March to see what it would to get cost the bale replaced. They offered to fix the bale for free, with me only paying shipping to send it back. I sent it on March 29, 2024 and received it back April 3, 2024. I was so surprised with fast the turn around! Not only did I mail it ****** I also sent it on a holiday weekend. They repaired and returned in less than a week and I have my cherished pendant back on my neck where it belongs! I am so satisfied with the service I received! Second time ordering custom Memorial Engraved Keychains from Jewelry Keepsakes. Both times were a great experience. Great service, and very reasonable prices, compared to others offering similar products. The finished products were both beautiful, and very well received and loved by the recipients! ********************** Keepsakes is a great place to shop for your loved ones to remember them by. I had a key chain for over a year that broke and they were ever so kind to replace it for me at no cost to me. That was so very nice of them as the warranty had passed already. I have 2 other pieces purchased from them also that are just beautiful necklaces to treasure forever. They always respond very quickly to any requests. My dad passed on June 4th of this year, and the entire process was terrible enough, but Jewelry Keepsakes made it a little easier, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Absolutely love my Keepsake pendants. I have a gold round one with stones of my mother and a silver round one with stones and a birthstone charm of my youngest son who left us in ****. My newest one is a gold rectangle with stones of my two sons when they were teenagers, who are now in Heaven together forever. It gives me a *********** of their presence when I wear this jewelry.
