    This individual was hired to put together a piece of exercise equipment. He spent four hours in our house and when he was complete The piece of exercise equipment was not operational, numerous bolts were not tightened, and the police system failed to work. I immediately notified him of this and through various texts, have asked for half of the money back out of respect for the time that he spent trying to fumble through the task. he has a complete lack of integrity, often quoting that he is too busy too handle coming back to fix the problem and in fact, his lack of integrity makes us not want him to come back into our home. I have asked him for half the money back and he continues to make excuse after excuse , why he cannot get me the money. I think the request for half the money back is a reasonable request, but he is too cowardly and has two integrity to follow through on his promise. I have text messages documenting his agreement to pay me, but he refuses to do so.
