Love my calendars, but the road to get it was bumpy. Appreciate having a team to support me. When I emailed with a concern about my proof it took them several days to follow up on it. Meanwhile, someone else had called me to see if I would approve the proof. Suddenly we had two channels of communication and neither seemed to be talking to the other. I can provide several examples of communication with the client not being coordinated or seen across the customer service groups.

This is our first time using *************** ***. I did have an issue trying to use the brochure template so I had to download a PDF for them to print from. There were issues with the alignment of some of my pictures and wording and they worked with me 3 times to make it right. They were very patient with my input and design in making it right. The next time I use them, I will try the template and work with them directly on how to use it. Really great customer support.PrintingCenterUSA Response

I completed my second order with PrintingCenterUSA and the customer service and product quality is consistently exceptional. Ordering something as sensitive and equally important as obituaries for my mothers funeral required a huge amount of care and trust. The Christmas holiday posed a shipping issue and it was a huge possibility the programs wouldnt arrive on time. The PrintingCenterUSA management team sprung into to action and made the necessary phone calls to attempt to rectify the situation which saved me a lot of time on the phone with **** As a back up plan the team sent out a second set of programs same day service to try to ensure I received them on time. The back up plan worked out perfectly and the obituaries arrived on time. I cant express my appreciation enough. The kindness and special attention to something so important was greatly appreciated by my family. The PrintingCenterUSA team is amazing and will by my familys choice for our printing needs.
