Their website is full of bugs and its almost impossible to design business cards. It took several emails and phone calls to get the design finalized and at the end they send us the newly printed business cards with APPROVAL printed on them. Unbelievable!

5 starsThis was my first time working with this company and I am IMPRESSED! After getting quoted over 1K from a local printer, I googled a solution and landed on this website hoping for the best. Not only did they allow me to have 3 revisions the chat customer service was so helpful, and they also shipped quickly BUT ALSO, it was 1/2 the price of our local shop. When I received my item I was worried it might be low quality bc of the price but I was wrong - these might have been the BEST quality Saddle Stitch booklet ive ever ordered (and I order quite a bit for my job). Overall, ****** about this company!!! Our order was late/ delayed - but I think that was a *** problem not the company. 10/10 I will be using again & would love to partner with them in the future!Review fromSandra D

4 starsAfter several years of using this company for printing our bi- yearly magazine, we were disappointed. Normally, our shipment comes quickly and with no flaws. This time it was slow and we had to discard several copies for cutting errors or poor registration and saddle stitching. We're going to chalk it up to one time mechanical issues. 2 starsI was not satisfied with the final product, in my case a childrens book. It felt cheap and I had to go back with my original supplier. According to the company they outsource their books so hopefully they can find a better supplier for the books. The customer service was pretty good though.Review fromBill B

Our annual barbershop harmony **** depends heavily on revenues from our 28-page program book with paid ads. Our long-time print shop suddenly went out of business 10 days before the ****, and we quickly had to find a printer that was dependable, high-quality, and affordable. Great reviews and subsequent discussions led us to *************** ***, and we ended up extremely happy with the job they did. Project setup was very easy and clearly laid out online, and all of the representatives I contacted were helpful and reassuring. The quality of the booklets was excellent, and I know our advertisers will be happy. We chose expedited shipping since we're ***** miles away, and the boxes arrived a day early. 5 starsThe books came in and they look lovely! The print quality on the cover and coloring pages is beautiful and all books came intact (I ordered 100 copies).My only concerns:1. The cover does look a bit darker/higher contrast than the digital proof. This is something to keep in mind when ordering. The cover is very vibrant though!2. The books were shipped on their own in boxes - no padding. The boxes are thick cardboard so even though they had definitely been scuffed up during shipping, the boxes and the books were all safe and sound.I am very happy with these and will hopefully be ordering again soon.Review fromRenee C

We recently had ******************* print a sixty-page program for our 100th Anniversary celebration as a service organization. The quality was beautiful, and we opted to have the soft touch applied. What an amazing difference! Not only do they look beautiful, but they feel beautiful, and they will be a lovely keepsake for our Chapter members. Even when we ran into a slight issue, *************** worked quickly and efficiently to resolve it without any inconvenience to ourselves.
