    If I could leave no stars I would. This company is insanely corrupt from my experience. Lets start off with his property manager ****** ****. Two prior convicted DUIs 1 regarding a high speed ***** endangering 21 different peoples lives. We didnt know this going into renting from Good Guys and ******. We moved into a brand new 4plex and they allowed people (workers) into our home after our lease was signed with zero notice. Our sons room window was broken prior to move in and not fixed for the entire 2 months we were living there. Apt was disgusting when we moved into I had to mop and clean everything 3 different times. My fianc and I got into a verbal argument and their construction workers called the police and alleged domestic violence. ****** then printed out a ******** piece of paper telling my son and I to leave the property and that my fianc was no longer allowed. She texted my fianc nasty messages. So I left peacefully and sooner then she requested. When I initially asked for my security deposit she said reconciliation paperwork would be mailed to my address on file. I messaged her weeks later and am now being told there was damage to the property and itd cost over $1,800 of the deposit we paid. I will be hiring a lawyer and suing ****** and Good Guys for Duress. On top of suing for my security deposit back and Ill also be requesting my lawyer fees be paid. Save yourself and do not rent from these trashy individuals. Absolutely an atrocious was to treat a young family.
