    Owner is delusional and will lie. They hire drivers who can not walk to the door to ask where you want materials unloaded and will take it upon them selves to dump it where they see fit. Save yourself time and money and go with another business.

    ***************************** In response to your dissatisfaction for your order of arena sand:Monday morning at approximately 9:00 A.M. you called in an order to Missouri River Trucking and Excavating main headquarters, and we found a driver to fill your request. Typically, an order this late would be scheduled on a later date, but we quickly found a way to make it work for you, our valued customer. Communication regarding this matter included six emails and two phone calls prior to the actual delivery. A transaction of this type is rarely requiring this level of communication, but your emails and phone calls made it very clear that you wanted the arena sand and were on board with the delivery. In fact, you personally assured me via email that you would be home all day and would meet the driver to show him where you would like your sand dumped.***** left you a message at 9:20 am and you returned her call, confirming it wasnt too muddy to deliver (after several days of rain), you said the drive was graded and it would be fine. You said you might leave for a bit and would open the arena doors for the driver. Our driver arrived with your order, but wanted to make sure he was at the correct property as he couldnt tell for sure by the mailboxes. He didnt have cell phone reception so he went to the bar nearby and used their landline to call you, getting your voicemail. He didnt leave a message because he couldnt wait long at the bar for a callback. He called the office from the landline also and ***** was able to look online and describe your property to him. He then drove back to your arena and after assessing the situation, felt the door and ceiling height wouldnt allow him enough room to back in and safely lift the box on the dump truck to unload. Our drivers always error on the side of caution with confined areas as safety is our upmost priority. He made the responsible decision and dumped the sand on the side of the arena. He did not want to block your entrance, as most people prefer that. You called after our driver had already dumped the ordered area sand, and you were unhappy with the placement of the material. It appears that you were in your house while the driver was there, with a clear view of the shop area and road entrance that he had to use both coming and going from your property. We apologize if the 12 tons of sand ended up being unloaded outside the arena rather than inside where you preferred it to be dropped. You called the office, and in anger, you demanded, at this point this has become a huge inconvenience and you just simply wanted us to come back and pick up the arena sand. When we let you know that it would cost you more for us to come and pick it up, you said that you would call the sheriff and have us reported for trespassing on your property for delivering that load of sand that you had ordered. It is unclear how we could have avoided this situation since you were not able to answer our calls. Simply put, we took your order, our office and driver communicated with you multiple times in regard to this business transaction, and we delivered the product as you requested. The indoor arena could not be the spot for the dump since it was a safety hazard. The only way we could have avoided your dissatisfaction was to not deliver anything to your residence. To be certain, customer service is very important to us that is why we have thrived as a business for almost forty years. We deliver hundreds of thousands of tons of materials every year and have a wide range of customers who would consider our work and professionalism to be the gold standard of the industry.
