    I prepaid on July 14 ***** for a produce delivery on July 21, 2023. Gains Produce never showed up.I did have some contact with at first but now they are ignoring my texts and phone calls. I just want my money back PLEASE. I was willing to overlook moldy raspberries and never getting blackberries but when they take my money and I get nothing I draw the line. Gains Produce needs to make thigs right.

    Ordered from Gaines Produce for delivery in *********, ** on July 1st. Due to a weather delay it was changed to July 3rd. There was good ***************************** through ********* Picked up on July 3rd, received two 1/2 pints of raspberries rather than two FULL pints as ordered and did not receive the pint of blackberries ordered. Sent them a message on FB messenger on July 3 & 5th with no response. Emailed on July 6th with no response. Called & left a message on July 7th with no response. Did not receive what I ordered, charged full price, & no communication.

    I continued to contact Gaines Produce to get the produce I was not given in my initial order. After posting comments regarding not being satisfied, I was contacted and my public comment was deleted by Gaines. The company informed me that they will "make it right" but then didn't respond to me again. I arrived at the delivery site and mentioned to the driver that I was owed fruit. He gave me fruit and said he would deal with the company. He stated I am not the first one that he has had to deal with. I will not buy from them again nor do I recommend it.

    I placed an order with Gaines Produce on 7/15/22 for 210-pound flats (24 full pints) of Fresh ****** Blackberries, Blueberries, and Raspberries as well as a 5-pound bag of cherries. The blackberries cost $88.00, raspberries cost $92.00 , and the blueberries cost $92.00.The order was placed on 7/16/22 @ 10:13 pm and was scheduled for pick up on 7/23/22 between 5 and 5:30 at the mall in *****, ******* and the order # was R707799465.The pick-up for the berries was delayed per Gaines Produce because of an accident that happened on their way to *****. The new pick- up date became 7/24/22.When my husband and I went to pick up our order the gentlemen handing out the orders told us that he had bad news about the raspberries. He said that we would not receive our raspberries because of rain that had happened in Oregon and when it rains the raspberries are unable to be picked so we would be refunded our money.We were able to pick up the blackberries and blueberries.When we got home,I started to go through the berries so I could wash them and then freeze them for later use.The blackberries were all molded and I threw away nearly every pint.The blueberries weren't as bad, and I was able to keep about 10 pints. I sent Gaines Produce a message and pictures on 7/28/22 via ******** regarding the berries and how they were molded and how I would like a refund for them.I also requested by refund for the raspberries since I did not receive them.I did receive a response from them about the berries were picked when they were wet and that they were contacting the ***** farm.I explained to them about the raspberries and how I did not replacement berries just simply wanted to be refunded.On 8/2/22 Gaines Produce sent a message about how they would look into it.I messaged them again on 8/9/22 regarding a refund and they told me they were going to contact the card processing company.I messaged them on 8/17/22 about a refund and have not heard anything from them and have no refund on my card.

    BEWARE! First, this company is inconsiderate of others time, they do not show up on time or at all without notice. Second, theyre crooks, they take prepayments for produce but dont ever deliver it or deliver rotten fruits/veggies.
