            Make you pay before the work and then will not give you the money you didn't spend back. They don't care about helping people or servicing their patients unless they can get the maximum amount of money out of them. Cant get any kind of price range for anything until they verify your financial situation and charge you for a bunch of extras. I have been to many dentists and this was the first to say I was called a drug addict for saying i smoked marijuana recreationally and then pulled a tooth and said don't smoke but i should self medicate "since your a drug addict." Meanwhile i didn't even ask for nor want the pain pills. Set another appointment for an abscessed tooth a year and a half later and am getting charged with new patient fees and cant get an appointment for two weeks meanwhile a friend calls and gets an appointment as a new patient for the same week. Hopefully I'm the only person being treated like this here but I doubt it. Honestly i just want the money i didn't spend back so i can find a dentist who isn't more concerned with lining there pockets as they are with providing solid professional care.

            Thank you for expressing your concerns over your treatment at our clinic. Reviewing your patient history, it shows that your visit you are referencing was in January of 2018... had you expressed concerns over your treatment at that time we could have addressed them then with a more satisfactory resolution. Being as though that was well over 4 years ago, recalling specific instances is difficult and I can only reference what is written in your clinical chart which does not show that at the time of service you had not brought any issues forward to office staff or treating dentist. Regarding the financial issues you are citing, I show that you paid for your services in full on the date of service (per policy) and you, in fact, were issued a refund check for the slight overpayment. Our "new patient" appointments are reserved in accordance to which services you are requesting whether that be a full comprehensive evaluation or a "problem focused" single issue evaluation. I cannot speak to what service your friend was requesting, but should you want to discuss this further, please reach out to our office directly. Thank you.
