  I do not recommend this service. Quality of work is poor and they charge unreasonable rates. Repeat calls to fix problems and repeat visits with additional costs. My lawn has dead spots because of their poor care. It took them 4 trips to resolve a leak in my sprinkler system after we showed them where the leak was. Claimed for a long time that it was over watering caused so they allowed my lawn to die except for the spot that had the leak before they would fix it and that was after charging hundreds for trips to tell us that it was an over watering problem. Beyond bad service they have unreasonable termination charges when cancelling service for their breach of agreement. They are billing for services through November, no one in ******* is mowing in November.

  Firstly, this client had contract agreement with clearly stated terms (starting and ending dates for service) and cancellation costs before which he had signed prior to beginning services. To clarify, this was not "fine print" within our estimate, we have a very structured, detailed, and bold agreement with every job small to large so that we avoid misunderstandings with our clients. Our company and our clients also prior agree upon term for our contracts, which again was within the contract section of your agreement. All of our services are laid out to offer our clients with full package services and transparent pricing, as a company we cannot offer free services and all services of course have to be billed which is why we again give very detailed estimates. 
  
  Lastly, irrigation work does require alot of investigation as lines run underground. In the initial contract agreement the client was made aware of the hourly technician labor rates that applied to irrigation repair which he agreed upon. When the leak had presented itself within the valve box our irrigation technicians did try to diagnose initially thinking it may be an overwatering situation. Upon further investigation it was determined the leak was in a faulty underground fitting (not installed by our company) the issue was resolved and billed accordingly for time and material as per in the initial agreement. The lawn also was never suffering due to irrigation issues and we do have service pictures and signed contract agreement to deny this false claim. 

  Upon the clients initial cancellation request he had stated that his reasoning for cancelling was due to the fact that with the money has had spent thus far he could have bought his own mower and performed services himself. After receiving the final invoice with the cancellation fee he is choosing to claim poor performance and was not discussed prior to cancellation.
