      Awful company and is a complete scam. Their system doesnt work and locked me out after stealing $200 from me and wont return it, with no credits cards being paid. **************** is completely incompetent and no help whatsoever ever. When you see bright, run!

      Thank you for sharing your feedback.  We are sorry to hear of your negative experience.  We strive to always provide exceptional service and communication.  We would also like to address the complainants assertion that Bright Lending is fraudulent, which is unfounded.  Bright Lending informs our customers that this is an expensive form of borrowing, and we even encourage our customers to prepay (with no penalty) to reduce the overall cost of borrowing.  We go further and inform our customers that our product is not meant as a long-term financial solution.  We also allow our customers to cancel their payment obligations under their Loan Agreement (at no cost), no later than 3:00 p.m. Mountain time of the next business day immediately following the Disbursement Date. We have addressed this customers request regarding their application, and it has been withdrawn.  If the customer is having any issues with bank verification, please reach out to our customer service department directly at **************.

      Just read the contract carefully. I messed up by going through them and will have a hard time rebuilding my credit now. I read the contract but somehow missed the part that if you make the minimum payment each week that by the time the next payment is due the loan has returned to the original amount. Never missed a payment and saw that I had it payed down to 460 dollars. Was gonna pay it off the next week but when the next week came the debt had returned to the original amount. It will do this the whole time. Your payment counts for nothing unless you pay extra. They got back what I borrowed 5 times over. If someone wasnt struggling they wouldnt use them in the first place and their business is to make sure you continue to struggle. I just decided to take the credit hit and took away their right to withdraw payments from my bank again. Wont get another dime from me. I never miss a payment on any bill that I have but you will never pay this loan off of you just make your minimum payment. Worst mistake of my life. Please dont do it to yourself. Im going to speak to anyone I can and do anything in my power to get them shutdown. Check your state laws one state sued them for ripping clients off. The info is available online. Basically Im the idiot for using them. Dont be like me!

      First, we would like to take this opportunity to provide you with some background information on our company, its business practices, and our actions in response to our customer.  ********************** is committed to complying with the principles of federal consumer protection laws and regulations, as well as the laws of the ******************* Indian Community.  Bright Lending discloses the total cost to a borrower if only the minimum payment schedule is followed, and we inform our customers that this is an expensive form of borrowing.  The APR is disclosed on the Bright Lending website and is prominently displayed in loan documents that are reviewed and signed by the customer.

      ********************** informs our customers that this is an expensive form of borrowing, and we even encourage our customers to prepay (with no penalty) to reduce the overall cost of borrowing.  We go further and inform our customers that our product is not meant as a long-term financial solution.  We also allow our customers to cancel their payment obligations under their Loan Agreement (at no cost), no later than 3:00 p.m. Mountain time of the next business day immediately following the Disbursement Date. 

      We certainly understand that everyone faces financial difficulties from time-to-time, but the loan agreement signed by *********************** is legally binding.  Thus, we have every right to expect payment as scheduled in the agreement.  To date, *********************** has only made a partial repayment towards the total outstanding loan balance. 

      We will communicate with *********************** directly in an effort to resolve their concerns.  Correspondingly, ***********************, at their convenience, may call our customer service line, and they will be directed to a representative who can assist them with any additional questions.

      If I could leave no stars I would. Husband lost his job before Christmas so I took a $500 loan with Bright Lending out in January 2024 out of desperation just so I could make the rest of rent payment before we became homeless and to get some groceries in the house. We had NOTHING. Ive been paying nearly $70 a week for the last 5 months thats well over $1100 towards the loan that I paid and Im STILL paying. Their fees and interest rates are ridiculous. They have overdrafted my account more times than I can count and when I tried to get it fixed, customer service was really rude and short. They tacked on more for changing the charge date. I feel like Ive been taken advantage of and have no way out of this loan.

      Just FYI if you need a loan do NOT use Bright Lending. Made all my payments. One left and they cant refinance?? High interest loan anyhow. But system generated and they cant do a thing about it. Thats fine. Will never use them again. And no one needs to. Probably better off they said no.

      Charged a membership fee.... Didn't even provide a loan!!! When I asked for a refund there was an option to get 40% instantly or wait until they approve a full refund. Very predatory didn't even let me know that they were going to pull out a membership fee of $97 and then now I was told I would be refunded by the 31st when in fact it is going to be clearing 5 days afterwards obviously if I am on this stupid app of there's I have bad credit and am broke. To not even give me a loan and then charge me that amount without my notification is extremely dishonorable and fraudulent. Beware do not download do not go near.

      I have my payment taking out of my checking account every 2 weeks so it's made on time. I found out today that when my payment is made that there is a daily interest rate that keeps getting applied that makes the remaining balance go up. How is that legal? The balance should go down when my payment is made not go up.

      I took out a ******** loan due to a family emergency. I'm paying ****** a pay period 21 payments. After paying this loan I will be paying them back *****. This is ridiculous!! Didn't realize this until it was too late and read the fine print. I would not recommend no one to used this company. This company is a rip off!!**********

      Very very predatory system. They do not allow you to pay off your loan the day of or before. Then you have to wait the following business day. Evil evil way of taking advantage of people. I hope this company does not exist any longer. S**** them.

      Were sorry to hear of your negative experience.  Your request to pay off your loan coincided with an already-scheduled payment draft in accordance with your loan agreement.  This payment was still being processed by your bank at the time of your request.  As our Agent advised, once the scheduled payment clears, a payoff can be scheduled.  It appears that has taken place and you have already called back to schedule a payoff of your loan.  Should you have any further questions or concerns, please call customer service at **************.

      Bright lending have deducted out of my checking account several times with out my permission causing my account to become overdrawn. Also they're saying they cant take the auto pay off by law they would have to remove the auto pay. I have contacted customer service and dealt with two so called managers and they're unprofessional when dealing with customers. I need to contact someone that is able to look into this company
