I took out a loan for 950 I cant afford payments and asked if I could pay the 950 without interest. They will not work with just adding the interest and late fees. Dont know what to do except keep sending them emails stating what day I will be sending in payment towards the principal. What a scam company!!!Bright Lending

Well Im trying to reset my password to access my account to see if the debt from this evil loan shark business who is preying on hardworking Americans is even remotely close to being paid off and I get told they are sending me an email to reset my password. Never received the email and cant access my account yet they continue to lie and say they sent me an email. People please stay a million light years away from this predatory business. If you wanted to give all your money to the Native Americans your a million times better off going to the casino!!! These people should be sued repeatedly. Nuff saidBright Lending

I took a loan at 12:30 on Friday in a moment of panic. In less then 90 min I realized that 699% was insanely high and and predatory. So I contacted them and said I wanted to cancel.... told me that they would deposit the money in my account on Monday and then take it back ourt on a Tuesday... but the catch is that if your bank won't release it (like I don't know...like if u have an overdraft) they make you pay it back at the original agreement... this is totally entrapment. When asked why they can't just stop the request they said their system has it pending.... 90 min after I took the loan and 3 days before it would hit my account... to be honest this horribly predatory and a set up to make you take the loan. For 300 I would be paying close to 2000 not even a 1 star rating like *****Bright Lending

I never signed up for an account with them or received any money, the next thing I know they are trying to pull money from my account and they will not cancel my account for anything even though I have never gotten any money from them. BrightLending is in receipt of the above-referenced complaint filed with the BBB. We take all comments, good or bad, very seriously. The following is our response to the items noted.
First, we would like to take this opportunity to provide you with some background information on our company, its business practices, and our actions in response to our customer. ********************** is committed to complying with the principles of federal consumer protection laws and regulations, as well as the laws of the Fort ******* Indian Community. Bright Lending discloses the total cost to a borrower if only the minimum payment schedule is followed, and we inform our customers that this is an expensive form of borrowing.
Second, Bright Lending received a loan application in **** ***** name and subsequently completed underwriting. A fully signed loan agreement purportedly executed by **** ****,including ACH authorization, was received on December 10, 2024. ACH authorization was revoked on December 28,2024.
As our agents previously advised **** ****, if fraud is suspected, we recommend that they file an Identity Theft Report with the ************************ at ****************************** and with their local authorities and then fax a copy of these reports to us at ************** for our records.
As noted above, Bright Lending is subject to robust consumer protection requirements. We want to treat our customers well and ensure that they are pleased with our product. Thank you for the opportunity to respond.

Its irritating that they keep sending mail letters for these pre-selected approval, only to find out that its a 700% interest rate. Though its a short term, this should be illegal and investigated.They prey on these people who are desperate regardless the situation.This company is shady and should be checked again as they have been sued.Interest should not be more than 30%, yet they still send out offers with 700% plus interest rate.Overall, if you receive offers or mail letters from this company/people.Please report it.Bright Lending

Bright Lending informs our customers that this is an expensive form of borrowing, and we even encourage our customers to prepay (with no penalty) to reduce the overall cost of borrowing. We go further and inform our customers that our product is not meant as a long-term financial solution. We also allow our customers to cancel their payment obligations under their Loan Agreement (at no cost), no later than 3:00 p.m. Mountain time of the next business day immediately following the Disbursement Date.

This business will do everything they can to get you to sign their agreement. Once I received my rate, i had to double check and found they only do a 700% APY and there was no option to close my application. I closed the website and theyve since sent me text messages that READS like you have already committed to the loan and to click to sign. One day this will be illegal across all internet businesses as it manipulates user interface interactions.Bright Lending
