    On June 14th I agreed to hire a trainer (*********************) and had to pay for the the gym while we trained. I paid a total of ****** and was excited to train with ****. After a few cancelled attempts we had one training session and **** contacted me to say she is having too many conflict with the her boss there and she is terminating her employment at Premier Fitness. She also said I will get a refund for the remaining sessions. While this was happening I was beginning to develop dizziness symptoms that I am currently trying to resolve without too much success. So working out isn't something the doctors are recommending right now and not sure if it ever will be.When I called premier for my refund I was told I signed a contract and would not receive a refund and I would have to work out with some one other than ****. I didn't want to have to explain the medical issues with her and just said I would rather just refund the remaining sessions. Premier wasn't agreeing to this so I contacted my credit card to try to stop payment. The credit card *** contacted premier and premier told them that I had gone into the gym 4 times and I signed a contract. The fact that they told the bank I received 4 sessions and I only received 1 is fraudulent.

    The contract that was written states that we do not provide refunds for personal training packages. The clients trainer quite and the head trainer took over all of her clients as the previous trainer had already been paid for the sessions. When contacted to ask about scheduling sessions the customer said she was told by the 1st trainer she could be refunded for remaining sessions. When told.that we did not do refund for packages she stated that she was going on vacation and would contact us when she returned. At no time did she state any medical issues or inability to train. The following date she filed a dispute on her purchase through her cc company stating she didn't recieve anything she paid for, which I have the session logs and her visit history to show otherwise. Had she stated that there was a medical issue we would have worked with her or worked with *** her limits or provided other services that she was able to do. But, the client has never contacted us since nor has ever stated she had a medical issue that would no longer allow her to train. If this is the case then she needs to reach out to premier and speak with myself or the other owner to resolve the issue.

    I am rejecting this response because: My medical condition started a few months ago with light headiness and dizzy spells. It has since progressed and I can't get any answers from any doctors as of yet.I can't lay down, bend over or exert any physical activity without exciting my condition. Please just refund half of what I paid. I absolutely cannot afford this right now because of missing so much work and I don't know if I will ever get over this sickness that has taken over my life. I am pleading with you!
