              August 15, 2023. My car was towed to Lithia Dodge for service. The diagnosis was that a new turbo needed to be installed. This work was completed for a cost of $2367 in September 2023. The car was returned after it had been driven 92 miles since it last service at Lithia Dodge, the car had not been properly fixed and in fact it appeared to be worse when it was returned to the service center. It was diagnosed with a different issue that was completed at a cost of $509 following this service. The problem was not fixed. At this point I had paid almost $3000 for work that did not solve the issue. I had to wait in order to save to have service done on my car which was done in August 2024. They (V-Dubs Mt) found the original installation from Lithia Dodge was done poorly and was misdiagnosed. It was noted that there was an 80 to 90% blockage in the air intake manifold Was the primary issue for the turbo it was also diagnosed that the turbo that wasnt properly installed by Lithia had completely burnt out. Keep in mind 270 miles had been driven on the car since the turbo was installed etc. for this complaint Im seeking reimbursement of the money that I spent , I have contacted this business two times to try to get resolution

              #Hostile Environment #Lack of Transparency #Coerced Additional Purchases #Unprofessional Behavior I had a distressing experience at Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT of Helena, *******. We bought an Audi Q5 for our teenage son in February, but it had major issues within a week, requiring repairs for two months. Despite the General Manager, *************************, trying to help us trade it, we lost $1,500. On May 2nd, we found a GMC Terrain and were assured by salesperson ********************* that hed work on the trade proposal. When we couldnt finalize the deal that Saturday, May 4th, due to our daughter's soccer game, we wanted to review the proposal at home. However, Manager ******************* rudely demanded immediate acceptance, forcing us also to buy GAP insurance and a lifetime oil change, which werent disclosed initially. This hostile environment pressured us into making a decision. **'s behavior was unprofessional and contrary to Lithia's code of conduct. His actions turned a celebratory event into a nightmare. We felt pressured, disrespected, and ultimately decided never to return to Lithia Helena. This experience was so traumatic that I lost sleep, and our son's first car-buying experience was ruined. BJ's short-sightedness may have secured a sale but lost Lithia Helena lifelong customers.
