    I have brought two different snowmobiles into this place to have them "worked" on. Neither went even slightly well ending with Jesco denying and deflecting the issues. Without talking about the first sled (which i should have learned my ****** from) the second sled went absolutely wrong and for too long. It started with a bog, I took it in and they charged me to clear codes, the "tech" claimed it happened to his exact sled and I was good to go ride. No- same issue day wasted/gas/ and having to drive back to jesco. I was then informed we needed full diagnostics run, charged for that (I understand, assuming your diagnostics diagnosed the problem). Solution from Jesco throw parts at it, put in one and was told it should be good to go (same song and dance) Upon return i was informed it actually needed the (at time optional part) so here we go again... part came in way after the season, so I took it in this fall. Installed part- "its running perfect" Good to go! Again same thing... went back they wanted to charge for diagnostics again (Wasn't that already done? and paid for?) after fighting with them about that, they ran the diagnosis. The next solution they had was to replace the **** I told them I'd pay for parts at cost but not the labor because I've paid for labor every time for a fix that wasn't a fix. Tech came out of the back telling me i was wrong and he wouldn't work on it anymore being very disrespectful right in front of the manager i was speaking to, what did he do? He told me to find another shop. I guess that's the solution when you're out of excuses. Took it to a local garage to find everything they missed and got it back in the same week i dropped it off and it runs like it should. Save your sanity, money, and time... don't give this monopoly your business they don't deserve it.

Our recollection of the events that transpired are significantly different than the perspective ******************* has described.
