2009 **** F350 Super Duty 6.4L V8 truck. Took it to Cold Smoke, who *************** bought the truck from them. It was **** the owner of Cold Smoke. They said needs new engine cost would be $13,500. We said yes as they are the ones who we trusted as it was ***** truck. Work done on 8/11/2021, we put less than ***** miles on this engine and it also went and they said we need a new engine. They told us the warranty was 7 years and ******* miles which ever came first. They put in second engine and we went less than ***** miles and that engine went. We had just gotten it back in 2022 and did not pull anything with it, on that day we hooked up to our feather light horse trailer to haul a mare and baby, we got about 30 miles away from home and the second engine went, talked to them many times very nasty on the phone and they told me that they will not work on the truck again and to come and get it. Its been there since July 2023. Im 71 my husband who bought the truck from **** is 80. We have been without this truck gor most of 2021 2022 and now 2023. I just want it fixed or if they do not want to work on it I will take moneys paid to them to fix the truck. We feel that they are taking advantage of us as we are older and on a fix income so we cant af**** to hire a lawyer. Thank You
