    In October 22nd 2022 I emailed my so-called property manager ********************* about a leak in the sewage underneath my trailer house he told me that he would get around to it prior to my daughter being born we were in the hospital for two and a half days, I went home within those two and a half days he had done nothing he had refused to do anything about it so I went to attempt to fix the problem on my side of it for the house side of it not the property side, and then he refused to fix the problem so I sent them an invoice for $850 for me fixing the problem on my side cuz they want to be slumlords then she proceeded to email back saying that we owed $1,100 in rent when we have been paying $550 a month rental agreement says that we're supposed to be paying $200 a month!! So now that it is almost May 1st ************************************************************************** my wife's family's name they want to call and slander myself and my family that have paid everything that we've owed and they still claim that we owe $1,275 well in reality they owe us ****** for all of the overpaid background for the deposit to move in on the lot and all the stress and anxiety and all the b******* that they have put on me and this is just being generous I could easily get over a hundred thousand dollars for this

    This tenant didnt pay rent for several months, we hired an attorney and had them evicted.  We won in court, and have a judgement for back rent and attorney fees. This tenant was ordered to remove thier mobile home and move out.  They moved out and left it.  Its unliveable and is trash.  We are paying for it to be removed. 

    Our company cannot spend time dealing with the lies or complaints of every tenent who doesnt pay rent and then leaves their trash on our property.  If they want to proceed with something they can hire an attorney and see what a judge has to say.  At this time, they owe ** for the back rent, attorney fees, and removal of thier trash.
