This person could not follow instructions , he sold himself as a professional but was uncooperative, disrespectful a thief and a liar he refused to listen to the owner of the house , but followed the instructions of someone who had nothing to do with the job and was not living in the home or paying for anything . This man broke holes in the wall and broke several antique furniture pieces. i found my mothers ownership papers of a vehicle around the back in the garden where they had no business being . He also put a subfloor in the master bedroom that would have caused damage to the new floor and would have caused an accident for my elderly mother . The contractor who came behind him was shocked at the shabby job “looks like it was done by a two year old” ,I had to spend extra money for it to be redone . He engaged in gossip causing embarrassment to my mother and was insulting and disrespectful to me . The floor was never installed , he left open holes in the floor for long periods of time that my mother fell through several times, but he walked off with half of the money and a especial made Extention cord that we allowed him to use . After he left with my money , he took down his Facebook business page , more than likely he thought I wouldn’t be able to find him . I have pictures of what he did . Ten months of wasted time I hope that no one else suffers the same distress and anxiety that my mother and I have been through with this shister
