1 starOrdered from them years ago. Had sent them over $1200 and only received the starter box never received my veneers. After years of trying to get my money back because I knew I had been scammed I finally gave up. Its a real shame. They pay for their reviews. Anyone thinking of doing this save yourself the thousands of dollars. Their customer service is of no help and I have email threads of all their lies.instasmile.com

Hi, I have located your order which was placed almost 3 years ago. We confirmed that there was an issue with your order back in March of 2021, we further engaged with you in August of 2021 to provide us with additional information, which was not provided. Your order was closed due to you breaching your order terms and conditions. This review of your experience with instasmile is inaccurate, and due to this being in the public domain, I am unable to include specifics. 1 starTotal scam. Spend your money somewhere else. I did not receive my kit. I spoke with the company 3 times and each time was told I would get a refund. I never received a refund and the 4th time I contacted them, I was told it was too late to get a refund because they couldn't raise a complaint with *** so they would ship me a new kit for free, but I would have to pay a $149 administration fee. 2 starsMy Experience with Instasmile turned out to be a SCAM! I received my kit and made sure I followed directions. Once I received the product I opened it up and immediately Excited to try them on. Once inserting the upper veneer I noticed it was quite bulky in the front like I had buck teeth (not a natural look at all). I placed the bottom veneer and it didn't cover all my teeth. Some teeth were missing on the veneer. Not to mention very bulky, and difficult to eat with. So now I'm attempting to eat with missing teeth as well. I chose the Dynamic veneer because it said it covered up to 6 missing teeth. I only have 3 missing teeth on the bottom. They had no problem with filling in missing teeth on the top. I emailed the warranty team because that's who customer support said I needed to contact for help. After numerous emails back and forth they are doing nothing to correct the problem with the veneers and they don't offer a refund. I mentioned I wasn't happy with the product because it definitely wasn't what they promised. That's all they are about is whether it fit or not. Well yes it did, but it was very bulk, very white, I wanted a natural white. Being very bright white and bulky the product looks very unnatural even though it fit. The bottom veneer was completely unacceptable with missing teeth. I even have my last anchor teeth on each side. They still said they couldn't do anything. So now I have a product I don't want and I'm forced to pay for it. This company doesn't care about what you think of their product or if you are happy with it. They could've contacted me to let me know the bottom veneer wouldn't have worked, but they didn't. I did everything I was supposed to do. And I followed their directions. Does it have a good fit.... That's it! that's all they care about. To bulky... to bad, to white... to bad, can't do what was expected... oh well. You have to pay no matter what. No protection for youinstasmile.com

I have reviewed your case with our Head Technician to check everything again for you. You advise that you have a 6th tooth however, you are mistaken. Had there been a 6th tooth, we would certainly have clipped to that for you. The tooth you have is a 7th and we clearly explain in the order process we cannot clip any further back than a 6th tooth. We have fulfilled your order proving you with a product that fits securely and offers a significant uplift on your own dental profile, covering your missing teeth and providing a whiter smile and whilst we regret you had a different expectation, the veneers we have created for you do meet the order criteria and we cannot offer a refund. You do have extended warranty on the veneers covering for replacement in the event of loss, wear and tear - whilst this is usually an exact replacement, as you mention the product is whiter than you expected, if you wish to use the warranty claims to have them remade in a darker shade we will do that for you - the design of the product will be exactly the same but that is an option we would like to offer .Cindy W

Unacceptable response: In correction of your statement.. I do have #36 & #46 as stated in the in the diagram on your website. It states in some cases veneers can be attached to #36 & #46. So this shouldn't be stated if it cannot be done. A phone call should've have been placed to let me know you couldn't do it. Not make me a veneer half done. Did you really think the lower veneer was going to be acceptable? You took my money with No regard for my happiness with your product, but forced me to pay for it. We have provided a fully fitting set of veneers to fulfill this order. With all products we do advise of an adjustment period which may include a lisp at first, and a feeling that the veneers are bulky but this is due to having something covering your teeth which normally would not be there - and the adjustment of having teeth in place of gaps, where you had missing teeth before. This understandably does take a little time to get used too.
Unfortunately with the lower arch there is no physical way we can clip any further back in the mouth or add any more teeth to the design of the veneer, We clip to the 5th tooth back usually as explained in the order process before you commit to payment. The reason is that to clip any further back can cause issues with your bite, and affect how you talk and how you eat. In your case, as you did not have a 4th or 5th tooth, we clipped to the 3rd tooth and added an additional tooth to create a 4th which is something the Dynamic veneers allow us to - this has closed some of the gap you have towards the back without affecting the bite - certainly enhancing your smile. The teeth diagrams on our website when ordering clearly advise the teeth we clip too and the teeth we cannot clip too.
At this stage we have provided you with a fully fitting veneer that enhances your natural dental profile - the before and after images are representative of this - the difference this has made covering missing teeth is such a transformation - although I am unable to post images here.
The product cannot be made any differently.
​The instasmile is a custom made product, made from the precise measurements provided in the self impression. They are scanned into our system whilst the design is added, before a model replica of your own teeth are made. The veneers are then made to fit the model. Our reject rate is below 3% which is extremely low for a custom made product. On that basis we cannot offer a full refund, or indeed any refund where a fitting product has been achieved and this is explained in the contract. 5 starsMy experience with Instasmile has been nothing but absolutely positive! I was wary of the process of making my mold and having my clip-in veneers fit, but it was easy! There was a representative with me every step of the way, providing advice on how to create my mold, as well as educational videos. Once my mold was approved, I received my Instasmile very quickly, and it fit perfectly. I can't even feel it in my mouth and I can eat and drink with it, plus it looks amazing - just like real teeth. After having lost several of my teeth to years of severe neglect, I was barely leaving my house. So it's not a stretch to say this product changed my life. I am so grateful the process was so easy, the people were so helpful and the price was right. I'd do business again with Instasmile in a heartbeat.Review fromLana E.

5 starsI am missing a couple of teeth on my right top side and I can though I always had full intention of getting them replaced with implants, life happens and 6 years later I'm still left with a big embarrassing hole . I didn't smile , i spoke carefully as to not "show" my missing teeth! It was awful! My self esteem has taken a huge toll .. and depression inevitably set in .
I found and ordered instasmile not really expecting to be as surprised as I was ... the process was quick and easy and the customer service was amazing!
The day I popped on my veneers I cried . They look like real teeth and are super sturdy and easy to pop on and off .you can drink and eat with them and they're super easy to clean ! I love them so much !

I have searched our archive to locate an order that was place in April 2021. The impressions kit was dispatched via USPS tracked service on 04/27/2021 - we never had any contact from the customer again in relation to the order, which in effect would have expired a year later on 04/07/2022 in line with the terms of the contract. Having said that, I have made further investigation and can see that the customer did continue to pay scheduled installments all the way through to April 2022. I am therefore able to reactivate the order, and will even provide a self impressions kit free of charge for the customer to complete the order, subject to an updated suitability check, although at this stage I will not be able to provide any refund. I will reach out directly to the customer regarding this and apologize for any disappointment.
