This complaint is about business named "Allure Exclusive LLC", based out of ****, NC run by woman named*************. She reached out to me in early Jan via ******** messenger to sell vendor booths in a shopping event on 4/24/22 and later added me to a private ******** group. She mentioned that she is the event organizer will be taking care of event publicity and promotions. She pressurized me as well as others in the ******** group for prompt payment by telling us that the hotel venue booking needed to be done immediately. Also claimed that the hotel venue reservation was non-refundable. Later upon checking with the hotel we came to know that this was all lies, the hotel is very flexible and allowed full refund even up to a week before the reservation. However myself and few others fellow small business owners fell for her lies and paid the booth reservation money in good faith, trusting that she will promote the event eventually benefit my small business. However in the ******** posters for the events, she only promoting only her business name without any specifics of the participating vendors. Upon requesting her to include my business name and page links she became abusive and threatened myself and other fellow sellers with booth cancellation without refund. Despite repeated requests she never accommodated our request to include our business links and removed us from the ******** group of vendors and cancelled our bookings without refund. This is complete breach of trust and theft of the booking fees. Any emails sent asking for refunds, she threatens us that it is cyber bullying, whereas she is the one using abusive language and scare tactics. Me along with fellow other sellers have lost our money and time dealing with this mess. I am reporting this so that others are aware of the fraudulent activity and unprofessionalism and don't fall for this scam.
