  I am bought ****** annuities through Capital Financial Advisory Group. After reviewing detail of the annuities clauses, I decided to back out, by using First Look clause of the contract. Capital Financial Advisory group did indicate before I signed up with them that there will not be any problem at a later date if I wanted to back out after copy of the contract is provided to me. I have tremendous difficulty getting the funds back that I paid out of my retirement accounts. I tried seeking help from Capital Financial Advisory Group; but they refused for any assistance.

  This is inaccurate and a complete misrepresentation of previous events.  After 14.5 hours of meetings and over 98 email exchanges on ********************** plan, strategy and recommendations, and his personal research, he decided to move forward with one piece of his plan.  We covered the entire transfer and rollover process.  Once complete we went through booklets/logins and portals in another 2 hour consult and was told everything was ideal and to what he was looking for.  One day later he submits a request to the custodian, ******, to close his account and remove us and he does not wish to move forward with his acount.  3 weeks later we get an email asking us to help to reverse the transfer, and we let him know that he took us off the account, we do not have any visibility or access anymore and the exact steps that are needed to reverse the transfer of funds, which was also provided in the booklet we reviewed as well.  Then 20 minutes later he sends another email asking to speak to *************************** about one of his books.  Then goes to file this complaint at the same time.  We did not deny assistance but as we assume all know, do to privacy, once a person, in writing, requests to close and remove any party from an account, that party no longer has management or visibility and sole contact has to be with the custodian.

  I have been a client of *** ****** ********** and ******* ***** Wealth Management, have interviewed ****** ***********, ********, and *** for my pending Retirement planning, and hands down, this team checks all the boxes for my wife and I. We have had two meetings a few phone calls, and several emails so far and they have placed a plan in front of me that allows me to protect and grow my wealth in a way which achieves my goals. Whole we do not have extravagant wealth and lead modest lives, this team is THE FIRST to not force me into long commitments and high risk. I am really impressed with ****** ******* I must add and his team have thus far been super professional, caring, and interested in us as our Fiduciary.
