    Requested army medals, patches and unit crests. Credit card payment was processed 24 January 2024 by this company. After 10 days I attempted to contact them using their ticket email system 4 times. I then called and received a voicemail. I left 4 messages. I have never been contacted.

    On Sep 11th I place an order with Salute2Suit for their Executive Collection for a cost of $429.I sent the full amount of funds via Venmo to @salute2suit which is tied to the purported owner, **** "Arod" *********.On September 12th, I received an email receipt showing payment had been received and for what items.On September 18th I receive 1 suit and 1 shirt to be used for fitting.The items I received were ridiculously oversized. They paid no attention to the measurements I had sent. I responded with photos and asked about the next steps in fitting.On September 19th, **** sent me a return label and I sent the suit back to him.USPS tracking shows he received the return on September 25th.After several weeks awaiting a response, I emailed him on November 7th. I received no response. I filed a dispute with my bank on November 16th. And with ***** on November 22nd.**** ********* emailed me on the 22nd and stated he has sold the company "earlier" this year and was not affiliated with Salute2Suit in any way, even though his name was still all over the website and I sent money to his venmo which had his name on it. He explained that the new management was to blame. And he would fix everything. I responded that he could fix it by refunding the money. He told me "Good Luck."This man and business is a complete scam, preying on Veterans such as myself who are stepping out of the military and into civilian life.

    I purchased some CW2 bullion rank insignia for a mess dress uniform on 15 NOV and paid for expedited shipping to guarantee delivery by Wednesday of the following week. I called and placed the order over the phone to ensure a representative understood the nature of the urgency. She assured me I would have the item by Wednesday of the following week. I never received the item on Wednesday so I gave an additional day to see if there was a delay. However, I noticed on my account the order status was showing pending and not shipped. I began to call but to no avail they never answered my calls. I think they blocked my number because originally when I called to place the order it may have rang 3 times before someone picked it up. At this time it goes straight to a voicemail box with no real way to leave a message. I emailed them that day asking for a status. On Friday I started calling again and they wouldnt answer my calls or even reply to my emails. They also withdrew the amount on Monday the 18th but never shipped it.

    Charged for items not performed and/or delivered. Lack of response and communication after refund request. Clothing sizing 2 sizes too small. (known issue with the company).

    I ordered some unit patches on Sept 10 and as of Sept 22 still have not received my items even after I was charged for them. I have tried calling and emailing over the last week and a half and getting no response .

    I ordered several items on their website on 5/20/2024. By 5/22/2024, some items had shipped, but several others hadn't (a total of $59.52 worth of items had no shipped). One of that had shipped and was delivered - a military uniform - was supposed to come with material to hold the shoulder boards on. It did not. They had to urgently ship those out to me so that I had them JUST in time to get them sewn on so that I could wear the uniform. That was issue #1.Issue #2 - between May and September, I contacted them multiple times about those items (via their customer support email address - nobody ever picks up at the phone number listed on their website), and I kept being told they were on backorder. On 9/17/2024, I had had enough. I emailed them and told them that I was officially requesting a refund for all items that had still not been sent FOUR MONTHS after I had paid for them. I told them that they had 48 hours to initiate and give me confirmation of the initiation of my refund. I emailed them again on 9/19 and told them that if they didn't initiate my refund by the end of the day, I was filing a complaint with the BBB. I got zero response from them. I tried calling their listed phone number and it simply rings to voicemail. The items finally shipped on 9/20, which is highly suspicious - perhaps the threat of a BBB claim woke them up to realizing the absolutely absurd fact that they kept my money for four months without delivering everything to me. I want them to issue me a refund for the amount of the items that it took them four months to ship to me - $59.52.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I told them I wanted a refund, I gave them a specific timeline, and they failed to do this and haven't contacted me since. I believe they are just an exceptionally bad company in terms of customer service.

    I purchased a ************ Dress White coat from The Salute Uniforms. The coat arrived defective - a manufacturing defect in the shoulder. I contacted **************** and the agent had me send pictures to be reviewed, and then told me to send the coat back to be fixed, via Priority Mail. I asked if they would send me a return label to use to send the coat back via Priority Mail; the agent said I would need to pay for the Priority Mail shipping myself and assured me (in writing) that I'd be reimbursed the cost of the Priority Mail shipping. Some family tragedies intervened and getting the coat fixed dropped quite a ways down on my list. After things leveled out a bit, I recontacted Salute, (and the same **************** agent) and explained why they hadn't heard from me for a while. She said it was fine. So, I asked if I should use the same address, still use Priority Mail, and still expect to be reimbursed. The same agent told me to proceed, so I sent the coat in, via Priority Mail to have the defect fixed. It is now three months later, the coat has been fixed and returned to me, and I still have not been reimbursed the $15.55 that the agent insisted I spend on Priority Mail. I have called and emailed, with the original, and another, **************** person, and have received no satisfaction for the debt they owe me. Within the last week, I was told that the problem was that it was too late to put a credit back on my credit card statement and that I could only be reimbursed by check; I said that would be fine, but now have gotten the run-around again and again since then. Several times, I have asked to speak to the President of the corporation and that request has been ignored every time. (I have the emails to back all of this up.)

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the poor and unprofessional services I have received from your company. I placed an online order through your website on May 13, 2024, with the order number *******, and have yet to receive my items.Despite multiple emails requesting either the fulfillment of my order with available items or the cancellation and refund of my purchase, I have only received responses indicating that the items are on backorder and that you are working on orders on a first-come, first-served basis. This is unacceptable given the length of time that has passed since my order was placed.I am formally requesting the immediate cancellation of my order and the prompt return of my funds.

    I placed an online order with The Salute Uniforms, located in ********, ** on March 20, 2024 which totaled $263.57. The website stated the order would be filled and shipped in 3-5 business days. After two weeks, I e-mailed their customer service and received no response. I e-mailed them again a week later with no response. On April 12, 2024, I called their customer service line and was informed that two of the items were on backorder and it would ship once those items were in. I called again on April 19, 2024, spoke with the same woman and was informed the items were still on backorder, but the portion of my order that was available was scheduled to ship on Monday, Apr. 22, 2024. She also stated they were having issues with their label printer, but that it should be fixed by Friday afternoon, and again assured me that the items would be shipped on 4/22/24. I told the representative to go ahead and cancel the two items that were on backorder and to refund the money on those items. She stated that they can only do that once the order has shipped. Upon checking my account today, 4/22/24 at 9:55 PM, the order still has not shipped. I did e-mail their customer service account again, and am awaiting a response. I did some research on this company this evening and found that they have a history of taking people's money and never shipping the items, or issuing refunds as needed/requested. I am asking that the order be shipped as promised, or a COMPLETE refund of $263.57 be issued back to my credit card. Since ************* and ************** are both One Party Consent States, I did record my conversations with their customer service on the two occasions that I did call and speak with someone and those recordings can be provided if needed.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and I accept it.

    On April 26, 2024, I contacted the business for a third time inquiring about my order.  The representative I spoke with, *******, proceeded to give me a different reason as to why my order had not been shipped.  She stated that they had tried to contact me via e-mail on three occasions regarding my order.  I never received any communications via e-mail from the company.  However, I did tell her that I wanted my order refunded and she stated that she would cancel the order and initiate a refund.  As of this date, the entire amount of my order has been refunded and my complaint with this business is now null and void.

    I ordered a uniform for my wedding, I should have checked here first before spending over 1k on it. But the shipment times are wrong and they never issued a refund for the missing items. The items, by the way, are missing because I had to contact the customer support, who told me that they don't have all the thongs I ordered so they would have to wait if I wanted them on the uniform, I could not wait. So they said they would issue a refund. And never did. I emailed again today... and I guess I'll just do it everyday till someone gives me my refund.... I hope they see this and do better.
