On July 25, 2023, Ductmasters, Inc. came out to clean the dryer vent in my home, for which I was charged $150.00. We continued to have problems with the dryer getting the clothes completely dry so my wife called out an appliance repairman to see what was wrong with the dryer. ******** Appliance Parts and Service came out on August 28, 2023, but couldn't find anything wrong with the dryer itself. After determining there was no air flow, he blew out the vent and found that my dryer vent was still loaded with dryer lent. After cleaning the vent, the dryer works fine. I filed a complaint with Ductmasters via email on September 6, sending a picture as evidence of the lent on the grass outside my home that had been left in the vent. Ductmasters never replied to my email. except to confirm that they had received it. Finally, on September 14, I emailed them again to request my reimbursement, to which Ductmasters offered to reimburse 1/2 of the $150 I had paid. That is not acceptable. The amount of lent still in the vent was substantial. I told *********** I wanted a full reimbursement since they had not completely done the work for which I had paid them and failed to resolve the problem with the dryer. I have not heard from them since that last communication. I gave their service one star, but they don't deserve that. In my opinion, their business is nothing more than a scam.

The gentleman waited 45 days to call and complain.  We always give a 30 day guarantee with all the work.  If there was a problem he should have called back within 30 days.  I don't know what was wrong since we always check dryer for air flow before we leave.  We have been in business for over 26 years. If we were a scam we would not have over ****** customers.  If he would have called we would have been glad to go back out at no charge to him.  I offered him ***** to be nice but since he thinks we are a scam I with draw the option and will put his letter in the proper hands.
